The breakfast was lovely. Evening meal was ok but not as good as in previous years. The location is just stunning, so peaceful and parking is never a problem. Our bed was very comfortable and we stayed in the larger room for more space. The bedding was lovely and towels etc. Very clean.
The jacuzzi bath did not work and the hotel is looking tired, certainly in need of some TLC. The outdoor area is beautiful but a lot of the furniture was falling apart.

The Inn is situated in a quiet rural setting, but a short distance to Colne or local road network and sites of interest. We had intended to enjoy the trail walks thereabouts, but visit coincided with a heatwave so had to limit activities- age thing - obviously not the hotel's fault!
The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Bar was well stocked and nibbles/light bites were very good.
We would revisit.
No problems encountered.

Very nice staff
The breakfast was overpriced and bit underwhelming. The carpet in the hall and in our room was bit grubby. The stairs to our room was very steep and bit unsafe especially with bags.
