How old the property was and the upkeep off it.
The only thing and it’s only a little thing and that was the bathrooms were not en-suite

Fantastic B and B in a wonderful location.Room was very comfortable and bathroom was excellent. Pete’s full English breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of tea/coffee, toast and homemade jams.
