THINGS TO KNOW Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 23. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Me and my sisters always try and take a vacation in October. This year the destination was PCB We found this great condo right on the beach. We were up on the top floor which was great because we could not hear anyone above us. It was very quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were to firm. Just not what we were used too. We frequented the pool and the hot tub often. However the best find was in the gift shop where we discovered the Hershey's moosetrack raspberry ice cream. Out of this world. The condo was close to shopping. We did have one sibling that is a little shaky on her legs, so we rented a motorized scooter and we were good to go. They were working on the roads but it was okay because that was our landmark. Parking was great as we quickly learned to park on the top floor because that is where the sky walk is. All in all it was a very relaxing and memorable vacation. Thank you!

What an amazing condo! Loved everything. The elevators were busy, but working. The cleanliness of the entire resort was exceptional! The Skywalk was cleaned every day multiple times a day as well as the resort. This was our 1st time at this location and we will return because it was clean and inviting.

The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. The views from the top floor were amazing. Clean and well stocked. The resort was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would book this condo again. The only negative thing I can say is the location is not within walking distance of anything.

This is a beautiful condo. Perfect for family. The kitchen is very large but keep in mind there are no extras for cooking, just pans and utensils. There are plenty of plates and cups as well. The coffee pot was leaking at the time of our visit and I reported it to the rental company. I thought they would replace it while we were there but no. There is a Keurig. The rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. The view is gorgeous, but high, 23rd floor. The elevator is very fast and we never waited more than a couple minutes. The parking was incredibly convenient. It was so easy to access the pool and the beach. You won’t go wrong with this rental.

The room was amazing. The view, being on the top floor the view was spectacular. The rooms were all very clean and nice. We had 4 adults and we had so much room and our own spaces making it perfect. It did storm one day we were there and when we returned to our room some water had leaked under the front door onto the floor. We will definitely look to book this property again. It would also have been very nice if there has been any paper towles or napkins in the room. The sterling breeze staff was helpful (when they were found) when we first arrived (and our entire stay) there was nobody at the desk for the parking pass on the walkway as all the instructions I received. When I went down to the front desk I walked around an empty front lobby and store for several minutes, went outside to check and other entrance, came back waited a few more minutes and finally a women came from the back. She was very nice and gave us our wristbands. I would probably suggest making sure you get your parking pass printed off beforehand. We would definitely book this room again soon!!

We loved this condo. Tastefully decorated. Two bedrooms and a bunk room, perfect for 4 adults and two kids. All rooms had tvs, which was also great. Loved the view also. ❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately we were not able to make the trip because of a family death. After contacting Vacasa about this 3 days before, we were not given the option to change dates or contact the owner about this. I understand we did not have trip insurance but would have loved the opportunity to regain any kind time from our stay. We had also booked this condo through VRBO mths beforehand and the listing was changed to Vacasa midway through.

It is a TOP floor unit with a fantastic view of the sea. The balcony's roof is very high, so you have literally a non-obstructed view of everything. This is a perfect place if you and your family are not outdoorsy. We just stayed inside and kept cooking and eating with the view in front of us.
The description of the unit on the webpage needs to be modified. It actually has three bedrooms, and two of them are en-suites! It was a pleasant surprise when we walked into the unit.
I've read a lot of complaints about elevator delays from previous reviews. Two elevators were working fine during my stay, and I never really waited more than 2 minutes to get in.
The Vacasa staffs are friendly and prompt. The housekeeping teams are all nice and great.
The only downside (hence, just four stars) was the cleanliness of the unit. All common and obvious areas were clean, but it was not 'perfectly' clean in every place, and you unexpectedly get to feel a pile of dirt. With this level of room and service charge, I would expect a little higher level of cleanliness standard.

I have stayed at many condos on the beach, at least 2 per year for the last 15 years. This was the best by far of any other. I love Sterling Breeze as the location is perfect within walking distance of Pier Park, near Buddy's Seafood and Thomas's Donuts. The condo is on the top floor with two full bedrooms and three full baths with a bonus bunk room. The bunk room has its own tv and door that closes for privacy. The furnishings are nice and usable with plenty of plates and cook ware. We had Thanksgiving Dinner here after cooking the turkey in the oven and warming all of our prepared side dishes with no problem! Vacasa was great in that they called the day before we were to leave and make sure we were ready for check in, followed up with texts to avoid any issues or problems and even sent reminders before we left. Nothing but positives here!!!!

We arrived and were able to check in a little early, even though we had a few issues with that, but when we entered the unit.. we fell in love!! There was some issues with sand and a dirty grill, but we cleaned it up and made the best out of our stay! There were previous reviews that were not pleased due to the elevator wait, but for us it was smooth. There is only 2 elevators but we didn’t have long wait times! Everyone was so friendly and our view was beautiful! We have no complaints… can’t wait to return!!

WOW! Our family loved everything about this place!!! Being on the top floor, the view, the beach, the pool, the pier, the beds, the décor, the location... I could go on and on - and that's just what the kids liked about it!
Our children ranged in age from 6-18 and everyone gave a 5 star rating. The little kids (under 10) loved the bunk beds and the fun they had at the beach and pool and asked "can we move here? This place is cool!". The older kids (teenagers) said the beds were better than home and want to have a bathroom like this one! Their experience overall was (in their words) "the best".
The view was spectacular! Overlooking the beach and it was a short walk out the back door and you are immediately ready to have a great time! At certain times, waves are big enough for boogie boarding or body surfing and other times calm to go snorkeling. Amenities are available to rent chairs & umbrellas or charter a parasailing adventure (worth creating a memory).
A very short drive (or walking distance) to the Pier and all the fun activities, restaurants and shops there. Lots to do (or not do, just window shop and people watch). Great options for food.
Don't even hesitate to book this room!! Well worth it!

The room was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The only problem was the elevator. We would have to wait a while to go down. People would cram inside because of how the long the wait was. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It seems that only 1 elevator that works for all guests and cleaning staff has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. It was annoying and basically not safe as the one working elevator was always packed there was no social distancing. This needs to be addressed I would not book again due to the elevator issue. Too high to walk steps in an emergency.

Everything was wonderful, condo was exactly as pictured & described, fully stocked with every necessity but simply & beautifully decorated. Comfortable bedrooms & beds, stunning view. The balcony and the comfy sofas were our favorite gathering spots. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Very nice, clean place to stay. Only suggestions for improvement would be to repair the porch door as it’s very hard to slide it open and shut. Also the porch furniture could be upgraded and include four lounge chairs instead of just two.
