Clean bed, microwave available.
For the same price or a little less I stayed at James Cook for a much bigger room and basic toiletries provided. The room was small and nowhere to sit for meal. Coffee tea was good but all items had at lead 2 except for the decaf only 1. I happened to be a decaf drinker.

Spotlessly clean, everything you may need for a short stay. Very helpful staff.
Noisy area but that can't be helped

Everything. The units (we booked 3) had everything we needed. The location was great and so close to where we needed to be (Akau Tangi Sports Centre) and the excellent staff, contactable day or night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Very minor. The gate for the parking was a bit challenging to licate at first, but once we found and got the hang of it, it was breezy as.

close to buses and the hospital and city
The bed was uncomfortable. Very firm with no comfort layers and the pillows were all very large.
There was no shampoo or soap in the dispenser in the bathroom.
