About this house rental
Situated in Tucson, this lovely house for $305 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to the Park Ave Home. This home has never been on the vacation rental market prior to January 2020. We are situated on a corner just a block south of the University of Arizona campus, perfect for anyone with business or visiting U of A. EZ under a mile to downtown with the vibrant dining and business scene. Trendy 4th Avenue shops and eateries a 1/4 of a mile. However, it is not only location! This ninety-year-old property was lovingly taken down to the foundation and completely rebuilt in 2020. It is new everything! Sparkling kitchen with all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, acres of stone counter space, lighting. The whole house features new tile flooring with newly carpeted bedrooms. The large living room has two giant couches, including one with feather stuffed cushions for the ultimate in comfort. High vaulted ceilings and a big smart TV. Gas fireplace. Lovely porch off the front door with a roll down shade and comfy outdoor chairs from which to watch the world go by. Dining area is adjacent to kitchen for a great room feeling. Smart TV here also. The carpeted master bedroom hosts a brand new king bed, multi-drawer dresser, smart TV, barn door entrance to a walk in closet loaded with shelving, nooks and crannies. The ensuite master bathroom sparkles with new tile, new toilet, stone vanity, new fixtures and elegant walk in shower. The carpeted second bedroom offers a new queen mattress, a work from home desk, closet and drawer storage areas. The second bathroom has a new shower / tub with modern tile, new vanity and toilet. You will enjoy the super modern ceiling fans in all rooms (not your everyday Home Depot variety!) Of course, the remodel brought all new dual pane windows for privacy and comfort, keeping the exterior noise levels outside! A new heating and air conditioning system keeps you confidently comfortable year around and on demand hot water means you will have what you need. A big plus is the Culligan soft water treatment enjoyed at all fixtures in the home. The SW desert has notoriously hard water and this system softens it up to a sublime comfort level. Did I mention the full size washer and dryer, new, of course? How about the outside shower off of the master bedroom? Again, not your basic Home Depot variety but a very fancy and unique system. You may choose the patio off the kitchen area for your morning coffee, on the shady north side of the home. Bar stool height table and chairs provides an easy way to start your day. The home comes with robust wi-fi. You will have You Tube TV to access local and cable channels. Bring your personal streaming aps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) information for further viewing options. The entire property is surrounded by a stucco fence for privacy and comfort. There is a huge, covered parking area for your car(s) or RV if you brought one. This is accessed via an electric gate (the remote will be waiting for you at check-in). A nicely landscaped courtyard with more comfy chairs is there for your nighttime desert star gazing and wine sipping. The Park Avenue Home is a non-smoking residence, with smoking allowed outside. This is a dog friendly home. Small dogs can squeeze through the driveway gate. We travel with our golden retriever and if you travel with you dog, he/she is welcome in the home. There is a $50 pet fee. No cats.

Cutest little property just a block off the University of Arizona campus. My wife is a PhD student there, and my son is transferring for his bachelor’s degree this fall. Place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved the gated property (puppy loved it) with modern updates. Everything I had hopped for and more.

We spent 4 weeks here in Tucson, and this place was a da tasting home away from home. Clean, comfortable, great location with walking access to the little restaurant area on university Blvd, and an easy, safe bike ride to downtown and so much more.

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s in a great location for everything we need. We were here for a week both times and this house is well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils etc. to make the stay comfortable and homey.
We have a dog whom loves the full fenced in yard to roam and investigate. As is the norm in many parts of AZ, the yard is eco friendly with rocks in the landscape and the rest is beautiful bricks.

This was our second stay in the house and our experience was just as great as our first! The house is so comfortable, clean, and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped (there was even a whisk for when I made pumpkin pie filling!), and everything is spotless. Another excellent detail are the bath towels! High quality, fluffy and plenty of them.
The location could not be better! Easy walking to the U of A and Fourth Avenue. A quick drive to downtown and easy access to get around Tucson.
We look forward to staying here again on another trip to Tucson!

The house is beautifully designed and decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment, dishes and utensils one may need. The outside patio are is so pretty. And the location is perfect for walking to eateries etc near the university. I would highly recommend this property.

The beds were comfortable and the off-street parking was great. The kitchen is well appointed. The campus and everything it offers are literally across the street. We would definitely rent this property again.
We visited during the height of the monsoon season, so had some problems with "wildlife" (sewer roaches and a black widow spider). The host was extremely responsive to our concerns and came out right away to provide drain covers and spray the outside.
For EV owners: There's an outlet in the off-street parking area that's nearby enough to plug in your electric vehicle for level 1 charging. For level 2 charging, the 6th St garage is a 5-minute walk away.

Well-stocked kitchen!
This cute casa is located in a quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from U of A campus, which is home to several wonderful museums. We spent one entire day exploring the campus. The casa is near many wonderful parks and hiking areas.
The kitchen is roomy, we’ll-stocked and clean. The bedrooms are not huge, but very adequate, especially the King bed.
Washer and dryer conveniently next to bedroom.
Both bathrooms are a bit small, but Master has lovely shower. (It could use an exhaust fan, however).
Three TVs in the place!
We would definitely stay here again!

Gem in the desert
The location, along with a great kitchen and barbecue made for a perfect indoor/outdoor experience. Close to entertainment and restaurants was also perfect to add into the mix.

Great property, great management. We LOVED being able to walk to get coffee each morning on University and drinks and dinner on 4th. Being central in with a little oasis was perfection. The kitchen and bed/bath situation were just what our family of four needed and having outdoor space was amazing.

We had a great stay here! The house is so comfortable, roomy, and brand new. The kitchen is very well equiped and everything is spotless. We loved the patio area and spent a lot of time relaxing in the yard/patio reading and enjoying the lovely weather. With the spacious walled patio, it feels like a private getaway right in the middle of Tucson.
The location could not be better! Easy walking to the UofA and Fourth Avenue. A quick drive to downtown and easy access to get around Tucson.
We plan to stay here again during a future visit to Tucson!

I was in Tucson for a few day and took my dog with me. It is a lovely little house with a great yard. I plan to return with my family when we have an opportunity. The surrounding neighborhood is old but it is really close to the University of Arizona. The university is a great place to stroll and there are numerous eating places near the campus.

The house is adorable
The house was comfortable and the outdoor space was great. The owners left a good list for what to do and how to leave. No contact with the owner during the stay - no problems came up. I would stay here again.
