Todo muy bien muy lindo el hotel

Todo muy limpio, la atención quedamos contentos

Die Lage Wir konnten nicht schlafen weil die ganze Nacht es irgendwie ein Problem gab und es dadurch so laut war. Am nächsten Morgen wurde sich um das Problem gekümmert ob es dann besser wurde weiß ich nicht, wir sind abgereist

Nice setting but issues with air conditioning

Lovely setting, decent sized rooms. One young, male cleaner was lovely and v. Helpful!

Air conditioning didn't work, power went for a whole night and nobody apologised. Communication with desk staff wasn't great and it wasn't because of the language barrier. Shower wasn't good

A great find

The hotel is really nice and new! The room was spacious and comfortable. No problem with hot water or wifi. The rooftop with its pool offered nice views of the area. The nicest beaches are close by.

It’s a bit far from the centre, which we knew when we booked. Just be aware there are not lots of restaurants in the area so you will likely have to walk a bit and the road can get muddy when it rains. But, it is in a quieter area which we enjoyed and closer to the nicest beaches.

Way too remote without the basic convenience

Free water

No restaurant, no microwave Very remote place with very very few restaurants arround (just 2) and a convince store where everything is twice the price as in the center of the island (50 for a liter of milk). To go the center, it is 30 minutes walk.

beautiful island and hotel with great breakfast

The staff were lovely, the place was so clean and the room was stunning.

it was a little bit of a walk along the beach to the main part but that was also pretty nice.

We recommend this place in Holbox.

The staff was lovely. The room had the perfect size and a really nice balcon - we spent a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable. There is also a pool on the rooftop - was amazing to enjoy the sun rise or to cool down.

The breakfast was delicious BUT you need to bring a lot of time. Firstly, you have to go to another hotel - walking distance five minutes. Secondly, the other hotel isn't that big, so it could be that you have to wait for a free table. Thirdly, if you have your table, the food will be served slowly.

Nice and calm stay wit great pool on roof top

- very helpful personnel - quite place, away from party noise - nice roof top pool

- breakfast was in another hotel, but in acceptable walking distance - way from port to hotel can be adventurous after raining time - noise from construction nearby during daytime

Exceptional

If you are looking for a spot close the best beaches and bit further from party area this is the place for you. Nice pool on the roof. Very helpful front desk. posibility to rent a bikes. nice two restaurants and grocery closeby. No problems with AC, wifi or hot water.

Nice hotel but very far from the centre

Nice hotel, good breakfast and large room.

The position near Punta Coco is very far from the city centre. Not doable by walking, specially during the very dark night (no lamps on the streets). We spent a lot on taxis there and that is unfortunate, as there are no services around the hotel (such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc)

Comfortable, excellent service!

Breakfast was delicious, and it was wonderful that I could take the remainder on a plate to my room and put it in the perfect temperature refrigerator for snacking later- thanks! And wifi was amazingly functional…spent a lot of time on the Isla, and this location (although far from the center) had the best most reliable wifi:)

The construction going on next door was loud, but I didn’t mind because I made friends with the workers, wonderful cheerful hard working natives to the Isla who actually drove me to the center and back to get my medication!

We had a plezsant stay in Holbox and Bhoga Boutique. With nice room and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice with a big room, a well equipped bathroom and a great view on the rooftop of the island at breakfast. Great Wifi as well if you want to work.

They were building another property right next to it, so you always woke up at 7am with building noises. If it rains, taxi’s don’t show up at the property and you can miss your ferry/flight.

Great place and close to the beach

The room was nice and clean. And the free breakfast was good. The staff very polite and was a close walk to the beach.

The pool in the rooftop is a bit dangerous for kids it's missing some safety measures ensuring they won't fall.

Hotel is located near beach and Punta Cocos. The hotel was ok but nothing special same goes for the breakfast.

They have bike rental in the hotel but it is really expensive. It costs 250 pesos per person for 24h.

Decent family value stay.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Close to the end of the island where the bioluminescence is. Short walk to the playa. Rooftop pool small but offers great views. Good sized deck. The highlight was the daily breakfast! Very tasty and lots of it.

A daily room cleaning service should be offered for the price of the room.

Nice hotel

Employees were nice! Our room was large and rather beautiful, the bed was also large. The breakfast served at the top of the hotel was good. The location is ok - 20 minutes by walk to go to the center (but you must have lights if you want to go back during the night or take a taxi). The hotel offered to rent bikes (but we didn't go with them as it was quite expensive).

The breakfast is not a buffet and there is little room to sit even if the hotel is big, the second morning we had to wait a little, the waiter seemed overwhelmed... Moreover the swimming pool is very small, it seems nicer on the pictures. The value for money is a bit high, but on this island everything is quite expensive for the country. ;)

Amazing great value hotel slightly further out however don’t let that put you off

The hotel was great all round and breakfast is excellent,

The hotel is a bit further out and unfortunately don’t have any basic options to buy and with no store nearby I would suggest you take what you need , that would include snacks and soft drinks etc

Great room but needs improvement

Really friendly welcome on arrival. Nice breakfast on rooftop and the little pool was cute and had a nice view. Huge room and huge bed. Nice stone bath but paint job wasn't very professional on it. Lovely shell like sink and great to have a fridge in the room. Shop 6 minute walk away very handy.

Toilet seat was very plastic and basic, the free toiletries were in push button dispensers instead of travel size bottles and looked cheap. NO BAR or restaurant! So no room service and no water in the room. Also the whole island of Holbox is a building site, so much construction surrounding us made breakfast a bit noisy and the view from my balcony not too great tbh.

Very good

The breakfast was very nice. The wi-fi the AC and hot water were perfect. Thé breakfast helper Josef is wonderful. The man at reception was nice and helpful.

A bit far from center, 30 minutes' walk, and isolated, no restaurants nearby. However close to a nice beach, 5 minutes's walk. A bit overpriced when you compare location/facilities.

Very good

The Hotel is very close to the beach and a walking distance to Punta Cocos. City center is about 20 minutes walking but it is a nice walk along the beach. At night you can see the stars very well. Breakfast is very good and staff are very kind. Definitely a good option if you want to stay in a quiet place a bit far from the noise and close to the beach but without pay the prices of first line beach.

The hotel should have opened the bar on the rooftop or at least have coffee, tea, fruits... during the day to offer to the clients. There is not food shop or supermarket near to buy something like this. During breakfast, would be good listen some music this would bring a more cozy environment. There are constructions around the hotel and sometimes you only hear the noise from the drills... During our stay the pool was closed because water problems but the receptionist offer us a solution to use another pool just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
