They did not have anyone for valet to help you get your bags inside. But on the day of check out they did have a storage room and the man was very nice about putting her back in there and labeling them for a couple hours while we had breakfast before we went to the airport. The air conditioner filter was medium dirty, defends on the air conditioner were filthy I cleaned it. Room at the end of the hall where we were at a nice view of San Francisco. I wanted to go see the Asian Museum and it was within walking distance of the Asian Museum and a lot of little cafes.
No valid help with our bags when we arrived. The air conditioner was dirty. No restaurant at all but there are restaurants nearby. We like the location very much. The bed was very low to the ground that was okay it was comfortable.

La habitación siempre se mantuvo muy limpia y la ubicación es muy conveniente, con una estación de metro a solo 2 minutos caminando.
En los alrededores del hotel hay una presencia considerable de personas en situación de calle, por lo que recomendaría evitar transitar por el sector a altas horas de la noche.
