The two bedrooms celebrate sleep – the master bedroom highlights a sinkable, soft bed and linens, generous storage space, a 4k TV, convenient privacy blinds, and its master bath with a glass steam shower with seating. The guest bedroom features space to unravel with a generous built-in heritage oak bed and armoire, with peaceful aspen views, a 4k television set, and a rosy second bath with tiled shower. You are welcome to use the full washer and dryer available in the unit as well. Child-friendly amenities provided for you include a pack & play, high chair, and sound machine. Upon your arrival, you may park your vehicle within close proximity (a staircase away) from your vacation retreat. Positioned nicely near the home, you may also enjoy the clubhouse hot tub and sauna. Permit Number: 043750 PLEASE NOTE: - Seasons Four Condominiums is strict on the following rules: no pets; absolutely NO smoking inside the units, on the unit's balcony or within 25 feet of each building's entrance; and 9pm to 9am quiet hours. Owners will be fined for these violations and we will subsequently fine guests if any of these rules are broken. - This is a ground-floor unit, however there is one small flight of stairs to go up from the parking lot to access it. - There is one parking spot assigned to this unit. - Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking. - We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

A very cozy and updated place to stay. Kitchen is top notch and well equipped. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Living area warm and inviting. Highly recommended and a wonderful staff!

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely and well stocked, beds were comfy and had soft linens. Snowmass has a number good of restaurants to choose from after we spent long days enjoying the outdoors. Brittany was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Great stay at a very nice townhouse. We were very disappointed to find out that the hot tub was closed for major remodeling during our whole stay. Bedding in the master could be freshened as it didn’t have a clean smell. Wish they provided a little more information regarding all the free transportation available. Plenty of spices and oils available for cooking. Would recommend.

The home is perfectly located within a few steps from Snowmass Mountain. The shuttle comes right outside your door to take you everywhere. The home is spotless, cozy, well layed out, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We will definitely be renting this again. Management company was teriffic.
