The location, the view of the lake from our deck, and friendly staff.
We had a futon in the room that was impossible to comfortably sit on and no chairs. We would have preferred a sitting area. The road into the lodge is very rough and a challenge but getting to the lodge is worth it.

The view was amazing!!! Truly a hidden gem. And a great cabin view and dining view. Gigi was very kind and the bartender was very helpful!
It seemed like there was clutter everywhere. Right when you drive up there is a house, and so much junk outside of it, broken patio. The front desk has random cards all over it and nothing is clear where to check in or how or dining. Also, consider some comfortable patio chairs for the cabin, such an amazing view to enjoy with these uncomfortable chairs.
