This was a very sweet home tucked away in the trees on a quiet road about 12min south of Jackson. The home was very comfortable and clean and well stocked, and Richard was very responsive and was very kind and fun to talk to! My sister and I were able to cook meals for ourselves with the full sized stove and oven and with plenty of pots and pans to meet our cooking needs. The bed was a little firm so if you need a softer bed consider bringing a blanket or sleeping bag to provide a little more cushion, but the futon was very comfortable. The street that the house is on is very quiet and felt very safe for two girlies to be staying in. There are hills and hikes and a big river all within walking distance so it’s a great location if you want to get out and have a hike! Laundry units worked great and there was plenty of hot water for showers after a long day of hiking. Zero complaints, would definitely stay here again!:)

the host met us when we arrived. I thought that was very nice.kitchen was cleanthe "apartment" had an awful smell when we got there. the next morning my husband found a dead mouse in the laundry room. other than that the "apartment" was nice. the only thing that I didn't realize is that the "apartment" is actually attached to the main house. Because of that we woke earlier than we wanted to when we did want to sleep in.the stay was very nice and it was close to grocery stores, coffee spots and the main square of jackson.Shelley and David

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Located just far enough outside of town to provide that private feel. Richard, the host, greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. As others have mentioned, it was nice to have some delicious food items awaiting us after a long travel day. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the essentials for meal prep. The bed was comfortable and welcome after our day-long excursions. We would definitely say here again!
