I would stay again, and certainly recommend the unit to family and friends!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Once I learned how to use the Latch App feature, I also felt more comfortable about the safety features. My daughter will be attending college in Baltimore, and I will occasionally need lodging when I visit.

There was nothing that I did not like about the unit. Everything was as it was presented in the advertisement.

Never will I stay again or recommend it.

The upgrade room the space was great for 5 people.

I absolutely thought the customer service was HORRIBLE!! I am not a technical person, and the communication was absolutely the worst. My original room was not available, which had a private garage. I had to park on the street with other cars that looked broken into or damaged due to vandalism. The bathtub nozzle was broken. There was a used sandwich bag in my closent. We saw 3 cockroaches. The noise at 11pm at night upstairs with yelling, loud music, and stomping was terrible.

The property was fine the staff at the property was nice and helpful. They were patient and friendly.

Thr host was very rude.... They subleased the room then rented it to us. We were supposed to have 2 apartments witch is says on my confirmation. We were not aloud access to the pool or parking garage. Then they tried to say we damaged the toilet paper holder and tore fabric on a seat. They wasted my family and I whole weekend.

Booking.com Reps tried to contact the host for hours to assist entry to the property and she was unable. She also denied

The host denied access to the property so unfortunately I was unable to like anything about the property.

I didn’t like the professionalism of the host.

there is NO WORKING POOL despite mention of it ALL OVER THE DESCRIPTION. We booked this place specifically for the pool as our young son needed it for rehab/pain after his post-cancer surgery. When we told the property manager the pool was closed, she said she had only recently heard about this and had no control over that. I found out from the facility that the pool had been closed for A YEAR!!! if she would’ve looked at the pool, even, you could tell it had not been open in quite some time as there was minimal water in it, black stuff in the bottom, and a DEAD MOUSE floating in it. Yet it is still posted as being available LOTS of places in the description. this is false advertisement!! there are other Booking.com properties by this same management at this location-ALL NOTING A POOL. The kitchen supplies were very scarce-3 forks, a few spoons and knives, no wine opener to mention just a few essentials. These are EASY fixes yet had been overlooked and tells me the property manager doesn’t try to provide the best services for her properties. the description also boasts free parking. Well, this is STREET PARKING if you can find a space. if you can’t park right in front of the building, I wouldn’t advise parking on any of the other streets because the area looks very sketchy. The other streets right next to the building are dimly lit and doesn’t look like a very good area of town. I would NEVER walk down the street as a female or young person. Overall, our trip was a disaster- all we wanted was a refund when we found out there was no pool available and the manager would not agree to this. After major surgery one week earlier, we really wanted things to go smoothly for our son. this trip was far from smooth and VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I rented for 5 people put is not suitable for 5 people. 3-4 max. 1bed 1couch 2 air mattresses. Be sure to let the host know before hand and make sure is enough linens and towels for more than 2 people

They false advertised this place and expect to much upon checkout

this property was not clean it looked cleaned but dirt in the remote control dust in windows and ceiling. there was nothing provided as stated and smaller than stated on booking. this place is in a hood area and the owner is strick. this place expects you to clean up upon leaving but I did as asked loaded dishes swept and loaded washing machine. they had the nerve to inbox me concerning cleaning. they charge a cleaning fee so what’s the issue. worse place so far nothing luxury about it paint chips broke blinds hard bed and no remote for the bedroom.

everything the rules are to stricked to not be a luxury room.

Much smaller than expected

About 10mns away from Baltimore harbor .. Apartment was very clean..

The neighborhood & the furniture... There's a hard couch n the living room that wasn't comfortable 2 sit on at all.. And the only other seating option r the stools located at the Island n the kitchen.. Which was also uncomfortable 2 sit on 4 long period of time... My bf spent most of the time watching TV n the bedroom because sitting n the living room/kitchen became uncomfortable after a while.. At 1st I thought he was just complaining and being a drama queen... But after our 1st night there... I had 2 agree with him.. The unit is located n a residential apartment building so when we arrived there were people sitting on the floor n the hallway across from where we stayed... The unit was smaller than I expected.. Maybe it's the pictures that makes it look bigger & more like an open concept studio apartment.. But it's more like a small efficiency.. And there's a 10am check out that seemed a bit early 2 me but with these Air bnb's the host can make up there own rules... Overall our stay was cool & the unit was very clean... But nxt time 4 what we was charged... I'd rather go elsewhere...

Gentrification from hell

The actual apartment was nice.

Being surveillance by the owner without my consent and calling me about visitors vs guests so that she could charge extra. The neighborhood is on West side of Baltimore which is ghetto. The residents inside the locked building did not look like belonged in area that housed a "Penthouse". The smell of Marijuana in the hallways. The lack of information surrounding guests vs visitors, party vs gathering was a horrible experience for me coming across the country and it being a holiday. I did not and have not ever had to ask for permission for a visitor to come to residence. The owner cussing me out, threatening to kick me out & keep my money and hanging up on me when questioned about the terms of residence.

The room was beautiful, it was very close to most things located in Baltimore.

Being on the 5th floor was quite a hike after carrying everything up. Once we got everything in the room it was fine.

Originally was supposed to stay Sat. July 31 -Aug. 2 but was double booked so had to change dates only stayed one night not excess to pool
