Pine Street C enjoys a great location in town, just a short walk from the base of the gondola and Lift 8, so strap on your gear at home and walk to Telluride Ski Resort. Or, if you happen to be visiting in the summer, you can easily walk to Telluride Town Park for one of the many seasonal festivals. Main Street, or West Colorado Avenue, is just a few blocks away as well and has all the bars and restaurants - so regardless of the season, you're in the right place. Enter from Pine Street and be greeted by a space on the lower level where you can remove your shoes and hang up all your gear. As you head upstairs, there's a landing for the guest bedrooms; go a bit further up the stairs and come upon the open-concept living space. There's a living area, a dining table, and a small exterior porch with incredible views of town and the mountains. Given the location, it's a wonderful option for your next mountain adventure! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. This condo overlooks a restaurant, and there may be noise and smells from the kitchen when the windows are open. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great space. Extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location to everything in Telluride and right around corner from Gondola to Mt. Village and elsewhere. Beautiful morning views of the mountain each morning with coffee on the patio and everything you could need is available.

The apartment is fantastically well located, great that there is free parking, clean, extremely spacious, and beautiful views. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep in the Master Bedroom as the bed frame is totally unstable which was a real shame. The metal headboard is extremely loose and the bed didn't feel at all structurally safe. (There are very noticeable holes and dents in the wall behind it) I would suggest that the owners improve this situation, as we would have much preferred to sleep in the larger Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, but we had to use the guest room at the other end of the hall. Our family of 5 comes to visit Telluride every summer to escape the heat and busy life and enjoy the great outdoors. We rented this condo after seeing good reviews. This is in a good location- close to the gondola, park, trails, restaurants. However, we were overwhelmed every day by the cooking oil smells from Smugglers restaurant which is directly below the condo. We were only able to have our windows open overnight to let cool air in as the cooking began in the morning until close, around 9-10pm. We were not able to enjoy the small patio to take in the Mountain View or air. The management team however, was very responsive when we unfortunately had mice in our trash, under the kitchen sink. Otherwise the condo was clean. The kitchen needed a few more basics- which management said they would address. This condo would be good for a shorter weekend stay.

Loved the location so close to the river and the Gondola. There was plenty of room spread across the two floors. Master bathroom was roomy with a deep tub and steam shower. Very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the morning and evening with such amazing views!
