It can easily accommodate up to 10 guests in complete comfort. The upper level of the residence is filled with sunshine thanks to the many skylights, and this is where you'll find the LIVING ROOM with comfortable seating options around a lovely fireplace and a flat-screen television. Just off the living room is a deck with chairs. Nearby is the fully equipped KITCHEN with plenty of cabinet and counter space and absolutely everything that you need to prepare meals. The kitchen offers access to the large north-facing deck with comfy seating and wonderful mountain views. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table, the breakfast nook, the breakfast bar, or outside on the deck. On the first level, you'll discover a foyer with a cushioned bench in front of a fireplace along with storage for all of your winter coats and sports equipment and all four sleeping areas as well. The KING PRIMARY SUITE offers a private balcony with mountain views, and back inside is a plush bed with a flat-screen television in perfect viewing distance. The primary bath boasts a large glass shower with bench seating and a dual vanity. The QUEEN SUITE offers nice views of Main Street and a private bath with a glass shower, and the BUNK ROOM comes with two bunk beds with a total of four twin-size beds, each with its own reading light. It is served by a bath that connects to the media room with TWO TWINS, and the bath features a dual vanity and a glass shower. Guests of Meribel Penthouse are within walking distance of many of Telluride's most popular places. Telluride's newest brewpub, The Stronghouse, is right next door, the Sheridan Opera House where concerts and shows are held all year round is an easy five-minute walk, and you might like to stroll on over to Steamies Burger Bar when nothing but a great burger will do. You'll be able to smell the goodies baking from Cindybread Artisan Bakery and Deli, and you won't want to miss out on the tequila and authentic food at Esperanza's Mexican Restaurant. When you're ready for some downtime, head on into Between the Covers Bookstore for a good read and a great cup of coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is located right on the Main Street in Telluride - easy walk to any restaurant or shop, as well as the gondola. The penthouse has tons of windows with natural light and beautiful views. Important safety note: Bears visit the trash bins for this property nightly. They are marked as bear proof trash bins, but the latch device on the bins pops open very easily when a bear knock the bins over. On our last night in the Meribel penthouse a law enforcement officer had been called around 10pm by a neighbor about a bear eating from the bins behind the property we were in. The officer sprayed the bear with pepper spray which was quickly pulled into the penthouse via the fans we had setup to bring cool air in through the windows. All four adults and four children were left coughing for about an hour from the residual pepper spray that came in through the windows. Several bears returned throughout the night to enjoy the bins. Bear activity is high in Telluride currently, and particularly high behind this property. Turns out the residents living in homes near this property resent the poorly designed trash bins used by this property because the bears have gotten accustom to eating from them. This also creates a hazard for anyone who might be coming or going late at night at this unit, and the surrounding ones.

The pictures do not deceive - Meribel Penthouse is as light filled and lovely as shown. The kitchen and living rooms are well designed with ample light and space for us to spread out. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, kitchen well appointed and storage locker super useful. Location was exactly what we hoped for - short walk to the gondola and mere steps to the shops and restaurants. We were sad to leave!

We absolutely loved Meribel Penthouse! The location honestly couldn't have been better - just an easy block from the gondola. The unit itself is gorgeous, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Wish the elevator had worked to minimize carrying equipment up multiple flights of stairs. This did get fixed halfway through our stay would good communication about the repair. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Property is phenomenal. Great location for skiing, restaurants and town. Basically a 360 view from deck (s). We ordered take out every night but kitchen looked well equipped if you choose to cook. Only thing I wish property had was a jacuzzi.

This is a lovely home it is well appointed and has a fantastic location, great views and a great interior. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We love that our dogs could be with us in such a nice environment. We would highly recommend this property.
