Fabulous.

We paid too price to be in walking distance of our festival- it was a beautiful place and once we figured out the door codes it was great. Parking in the garage behind the building was perfect,

The whole “don’t use your gps “ to find the building was silly - gps brought us right there- but there was no unloading in front- street was way too narrow and busy. Use gps. Park behind- the back door is beige and unmarked - once we figured all that out it was awesome.

AWESOME!

Awesome place in a perfect location in Asheville. The unit was clean and quiet and at the same time in the middle of all of the things you want to do. We would definitely think of staying there the next time in Asheville. Really cool vibe.

The only negative was that the cable boxes on the TV's were missing. We were able to stream the World Cup and football on the TV's but cable is listed as provided.

Great place to stay!!

Parking was easily enough found and the entry codes worked easily as well. The location is right in the middle of everything a hungry pub crawler would want. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Parking was easily enough found on the street(free from 6 Sat nite to 8 Mon morning) and the entry codes worked with no problems.

The entry point was a bit confusing because it opened directly into a food court. Luckily there was a security guard present, that was able to direct us to the elevator, on the right side of the entry foyer.

Perfect place to stay in downtown Asheville.

location was perfect. loved how it was in an old warehouse building with shops on first floor. Condo was up to date. Open layout.

Guest bed could be replaced.

Beautiful place, great location

The loft is beautiful and comfortable. the location is great and parking in the local public garage was cheap. we stayed there with our adult son and his girlfriend and had a great time!

Master bedroom could use a closet or chest to lay luggage on but other than that very comfortable.

Very good

Excellent downtown location with abundant dining within walking distance. Lovely, modern, bright and spacious two bedroom apartment with good security. A/C functions well. Furniture comfortable and kitchen appliances were good. Coffee was provided.

Internet a bit slow. TV streaming would pause and little live TV available. No street parking. Must use Public pay garages but they are fairly close to the apartment. No grocery stores walkable. Must use car (hassle because you need to walk to garage, pay and return to garage) Recommend that visitors pick up groceries before arrival. Lovely park across the street but numerous homeless might give families with small children pause
