Location was fabulous. Beautiful views of Commonwealth Ave and the Public Gardens. Great food. Welcoming atmosphere despite being high end luxurious. Great room with a nice seating area and a spacious bathroom.
Liked pretty much everything. It isexpensive, but I knew that coming in. The expense is balanced by the luxe experience.
The guest hallways are a bit plain. I understand the aesthetic. I just wish some of the old world luxury extended to the private-public areas as well.

I think since I was staying at the hotel and it was only one person, the hotel should be able to get me a reservation at Contessa Bar for a quick dinner, but there was zero availability
