Location was great. Close to train and Prudential Center. Room itself was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge was great.
No in/out for onsite parking so had to find a SpotHero nearby. The room wasn’t serviced during our 4 night stay. The layout of f the hotel was confusing. The staff was not super friendly and they charged $4.80 for a Diet Coke at the little self serve kiosk.

The location is within walking distance to attractions and the "T". The room was clean, and the beds were firm. Shower had enough pressure and was hot! Enough room for my sister and me to hang clothes and drawers to use. Parking is onsite and easy to get in and out. Room had a safe. Staff was very nice. They are doing upgrades and that is always a plus when you see a property wanting to make improvements.
The head of the bed was about 4" from the door. You walk in and it is right there. A little close. The trashcan in the bathroom was small and we had only one. We stayed 3 nights, and it was full after 2 days. Shower head wasn't straight and couldn't be adjusted (this is a small issue). There wasn't enough hair conditioner. It is kind of maze to get to the room. Wallpaper was bubbling in the room, and obvious drywall damage to the HVAC ductwork.

Floors are horrible (vinyl flooring is broken, tiles are coming off), shower ceiling was way too low, even with AC off we were freezing in bed, no extra blankets
