The hotel is extremely well connected with indoor access to a mall and the T subway. plus the view across the river from our room was beautiful.
The Bar area felt a bit impersonal plus putting a limit on breakfast spend was a bit annoying.

The pool area is lovely and comfortable, and there is also an excellent gym on-site. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained and were spacious. I do wish the beds were bigger though as they were a little on the small side.
The hotel’s location is a major advantage, as it is very easy to get around and there is direct access to the Prudential Center. Our favourite breakfast spot was Pressed Cafe which can also be reached entirely undercover, especially convenient when it is raining!
Our first room was directly next to the elevator shaft, and the noise of the lifts operating throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. We asked to move rooms, and the staff handled our request quickly and efficiently. Other than this, the hotel was excellent. However, I would strongly recommend requesting a room away from the elevator shafts.

Position
The noise in the room from elevators was very disturbing
In 2 mornings a guy clean the floor outside with a machine who make noise at first hour in the morning.

Helpful staff, had swimming pool.
Slightly cramped room and hanging cupboard. All a bit functional. Requested iron and ironing board twice, but it never arrived.
