The location is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were great too. Everything was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The elevators were smart. The $25 credit to use for the spectacular breakfast or drinks was a fantastic bonus. Prudential Center is right across the street, along with Newbury Street and other landmarks. It was just too good. I’ll always come back.

Great location in Back Bay area, close to the train station, mall, subway, Christian Science Plaza.
Well equipped fitness center.
On site "Yard" restaurant open all day.

Location is very good to move in metro and to get somes restaurants. Near some attractions.
I had to request the baby's crib several times to have it delivered, and I had to wait a long time (from check-in until 8:00-9:00 PM) even though I requested it in the reservation and again during check-in.
Sunday was awful. The elevator was practically nonexistent between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. When it finally arrived, it was packed. It was chaos. In the end, we had to take the stairs because we waited for over 40 minutes for the elevator without getting one.
