Great stay!

The location is optimal. No need to go outside to catch the T, since there’s a station right in Copley Place. There’s a parking garage 2 minutes away and it’s about a 15 min walk to Fenway park.

Wish the rooms were bigger.

Fantastic breakfast, room and shower just OK

The breakfast was the standout; it was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. Also good were the facilities, the overall cleanliness, valet parking, wait time for elevators and efficiency and attentiveness of the staff.

The room was average. The bed made noise. The shower was neither powerful nor abundant.

Overall it was a perfect location and enjoyable stay minus the loud unexpected construction work.

Room was comfortable and spacious suite. Location was perfect and easy to walk to historic sites, restaurants, shopping etc. Food and Beverage manager was fantastic when I contacted him before our stay about my son's special food needs and the managers at Bar10 were very helpful and accommodating.

There were a couple minor issues like the lamps not working properly (loose plugs) and the window shades not closing all the way. My only real issue was with an incident on Monday morning of my stay and how it was handled. There was extremely loud construction/repairs happening in what sounded like the room next door to us early on Monday morning. The noise was loud, constant banging and drilling that woke us up. It was actually scary at first because it sounded like someone was banging on our door. When I mentioned to the front desk when I was checking out the next day, she just said "oh yeah, I heard about that." I was very disappointed that 1) they did not give me advance warning when I checked in on Friday that repairs were going to be happening near me, and 2) that the front desk reaction was not apologetic or helpful or sympathetic.

Clean and super nice staff

Elevators were slow and my child the keycard would only allow you to be on the floor that you stayed on and I understand it’s probably a safety thing but all the stairs were open we had friends stay on a different floor and it was a haśle to visit and hang out in the room

Great location, great room, great view.

Great location, gorgeous views over back bay and the river. Quiet, comfortable, luxurious. Ordered room service twice and it was quick and delicious. Walkable to everywhere and excellent restaurants nearby.

i was pretty surprised that wifi wasn't included - at this price point, in 2024. I am a westin member so could sign in, but it never once worked over a 2-day stay.

For the price we paid, it should be a “ready” hotel. Could have paid the same for a different hotel that’s “ready”.

Location and services.

We were not advised that it was under construction. The entrance was different, hard to find. Don’t know which door to use because signs were missing or misleading. A lounge/ restaurant was closed, so we were down to one option.

Glad that Westin Copley Place was the final decision choice for my stay in Boston.

Very central and convenient location to trains , subway stations, shopping malls and places of interest. Staff were professionally helpful. There is a gym and $30 credit for each night of stay.

Bill payment is complicated. There is a “tax deposit” that will be imposed every 2 days of the stay and then returned again at the end of the stay. Very confusing. There is only 1 chair in the room and it would be nice to have a kettle to make hot drinks.

Car park is “excessively expensive”.

The girl that cleaned our room was truly amazing. She made our stay worthwhile.

The price for the car park, should be included when you stay at the hotel. It is just horrendous that half the bill per night was for car park.

Great trip! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location. Easy walk to many restaurants and sights. Great, helpful staff! Loved having mini fridge.

Toilet was extremely low in the room. Difficult for people with knee issues. Need more lighting in the room.

Generic American Business Hotel - Great Location

Excellent location right in the heart of Bay Back, inbetween downtown Boston and Fenway park area. Lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Easy / quick to get to airport. Generic American business hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bar the location which is fantastic, there is not much to like about the hotel. Very dated and in need of a refurb; Room furnishings were worn and stained from obvious years of use. General ambiance was grim, very dull/generic American business hotel with those early 90's vibes. Not an awful hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again. As a "Westin" branded hotel it's very poor compared to its peers in other cities where Westin brand means high quality. This hotel in Copley Place is in desperate need of a refurbishment.
