Staff was responsive front desk was friendly and helpful and we were provided with a pack and play crib when we asked for it
We were not able to access the outdoor pool area

Such a lovely place and great location. I felt so safe and much better than a hotel. A home away from home vibes.
Nothing! Wish you could send deliveries there though, but other than that - it was great!

Location, location, location. The aprtment was next to the L for easy access to public transportation. Decent restaurants nearby, and an easy UBER ride to sites and other locations.
The apartment itself was not very well equiped. Even though it has a full kitchen, it does not have any place to sit and eat. It was more like a hotel room that had a kitchen and a clothes washing machine and dryer. The latter was a big plus, however.
