The property and room were fabulous! We had a wonderful long weekend birthday getaway and would absolutely return. The front desk and lobby staff were all phenomenal! The only person we encountered that was less than pleasant was the rooftop hostess (did not catch her name). She treated us, and another couple staying a the hotel, very poorly. It was minor in the grand scheme of things - but overall incredible stay at the Viceroy.
The rooftop hostess was far from hospitable and very rude to guests staying on the property.

Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed with 3 pillows and a great comforter. Lots of drawers and closet that opened to both the hall and the bathroom. Nice seating and desk space.
Service at the restaurant was slow. Orders had mistakes. Separate people bring the coffees and the meals so they can't confirm what was ordered.

Gym was really well decked out
Air conditioning vent blew directly onto my face which made sleeping difficult
Pool was too small (overcrowded) and hours quite limited

The rooms were comfortable and clean and I like the location
The rooftop pool was kinda gross and seemed dirty. There were not enough towels for everyone and no staff working. I thought it would be a better vibe.
