Nice spacious apartment in Borella

Nice spacious apartment at the end of Bauddhaloka Mawatha towards Borella side. The apartment is nice and bright and very comfortable for a short stay. The location is great with Galle rd only a 15 minute tuk ride away and a convenience store located right next to the apartment.

The apartment could be better equipped for a longer stay, e.g., the provision of pots and pans, towels, linen etc.

Decent place for a short stay.

Clean space, kitchen corner, spacious apartment. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Furniture is a bit tired. Absence of kitchen utensils . There was kitchen in the apartment but I couldn’t cook anything as there was only 1 plate and 1 cup in there.

Can not contact the apartment from the given contact number - rings, but no one answer to it

Quite place Close to borella and rajagirila

After i booked the place, i call the given number so many times, but no one answer the phone.Not given any information. Booked for 3 days, but he gave the water bottles, tea bags and sugar only for one day.He is asking for extra money to provide those.

Friendly staff, Ronald was exetremely helpful. Easy checkin and checkout, and the rooms were kept clean.

My booking was confirmed. the property answered my questions etc. But once I went there they said they don't have any rooms left and that booking.com sometimes erroneously confirm bookings ! I was told that only if I leave before 10 am I ll be given a room, which was different from the one I booked. The room given was ok but there's big problem about reliability

Great place for value

The location was very convenient, and the place was nice and all. There was a miscommunication in the booking but the manager sorted it out!

Cleanliness can be improved a bit in the kitchen area, and visiting area and the TV was not working. Other than that the place was great!

the place is shady and it was closed and locked when we arrived because they double booked our reservation and said the hotel is full so I had to leave and find another hotel.
