The location was great. The apartment is quite nice and comfortable
There is no reception. We arrived early in the morning. I had to wait a few hours before we were be able to leave the luggage. Would be nice to have a safe in the room

There was a washing machine (but nowhere to hang you your wet clothes). I tried asking the owner but got no response until the day before we left.
The kitchen was almost fully stocked (we were missing a coffee cup so had to make due).
It was loose to the old town, however you have to get past people shooting up on the benches. It is in china town and close to a metro stop.
The host was responsive up until we checked in. Then, nothing. The apartment wasn't very clean and there was other people's hair in the bathroom and on our kitchen table.
There is sofa or place to relax, so you can either sit on the bed or at the kitchen table
The kitchen table is chipped and dented, it has seen better days, not a nice place to sit at.
The building is full of air bnb's with no on site support. The common areas are stained and dirty and smell like mothballs..
I won't stay here on my next trip to Montreal.
