Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean throughout, especially in the common areas. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and room was quiet. We arrived very late and were still greeted on arrival.

There were not enough restrooms on our floor, so I sometimes had to wait in line in the mornings

The level to go up 3 floors for a person with reduced mobility

The place is generally clean.
Our room ( Lime Room) is like a freezer. The thermostat doesn't s work. Everybody was freezing. The place smells nice, except of course the areas where shoes are to be taken off ( like reception ) where the shoe area kind of stinks. But overall, the place is clean.
