The beds were fairly comfortable and everything was pretty clean. Some nicer areas are just a 15-20 minute walk (faster pace). They included a fan which was nice, it was pretty warm. With no A/C I do think the summer will be brutal. The room had a great rack for bags and stuff, the high ceilings and minimal decor was relaxing.
Underneath the beds was a bit dusty, and the sheets had some black stains (makeup maybe, but definitely washed). The walls were paper thin - overall, everyone was respectful but we had one neighbour loud at all hours and woke us up multiple times. The kitchen was pretty much useless as well, including an out of order sink. Shower head broke when turned on.

Location was ok
Saw a bedbug (small) in the m morning. Bed sheets were clean. Still it was hiding somewhere.
Also parer thin walls and ceiling. You hear every conversation from the sides and every foot step above you.
