A private elevator makes arriving such a breeze. An open layout presents a welcoming living area with wood floors, a smart TV, and an adjacent half bath. The true showstopper of the home is the rooftop deck, which presents panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding scenery. The chef of the group will appreciate the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of new appliances, as well as ample counter space (and a gas grill). Gather at the dining table for meals or venture onto the balcony to enjoy the Gulf views. This modern getaway also features a convenient bunk nook, perfect for younger guests in the group. Rent a boat to launch from the nearby Mexico Beach boat ramp or marina. Soak in the blissful Florida sunshine from Happy Ours -- a beach vacation home that's sure to become one of your favorite happy places, too! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A queen-size sofabed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space. Snowbird-friendly. Private elevator for step-free access. Beach towels are available for guest use. There is ongoing construction around the house during all hours of the day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera by the front door under the carport area facing the road and one on the roof top facing the ocean Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen is awesome. Loved location. The rooftop is a great way to see sunset. The description is accurate. Would stay again!! Also, easy access to beach. Beach was not crowded!!!

We loved the house and the lay out. It had all the amenities and made you feel very confortable. The elevator was a life saver I could of not taken all the items up and down the steps... its perfect for people who have a little age on them. However I didn't realize so many homes were being built right next to each other. It was not told to us at the time of renting that construction was still going on around us. I called vaca and spoke with a manager and they made it right. We will be looking to come back in the next couple of months and maybe bring friends with us. Love the beach and the area.

We loved the views, access to the beach, Outdoor seating areas on the ground floor, 3rd floor and roof. We also loved the decor, furniture, elevator, kitchen, fast internet, and bathrooms for both bedrooms. We liked the fridge so much we bought one when we got home. The beds are on the softer side but were comfortable. There are TVs in every room, but the smart TV functionality is on the slower side. Thankfully we brought our own Apple TV to hook up for entertaining the kids between beach visits. The beach chairs and cart were appreciated. The outdoor shower had hot and cold water, but the handheld sprayer needed some attention (probably needs replaced) but got the job done.
We didn’t try the sofa sleeper, and the kids slept in the bunk beds. The bunk beds have outlets and is right in front of the stairs. So for younger kids I recommend a gate or some outlet covers.
We didn’t like the black bugs by the kitchen sink and oven, i think they were really small ants. We also witnessed a cockroach on 3 separate occasions. The construction noise was also very present all day. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding from Hurricane Michael so it is understandable. The LVP in those

We loved the views from the balcony and roof. It is a tad difficult to get up on the roof if you have older or really young ones, but doable. The kitchen was gorgeous and the entire home very clean. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk down the road. Outdoor shower was a huge blessing. We would definitely stay again!

Great town and great house !!! No complaints what so ever concerning the owners or the house. The only thing disappointing is we didn't receive an early check in when it was asked for and there wasn't any reason not to as we sat in the driveway and waited an hour and a half while nobody came or went, so why not just let us get in and unpacked after a 13 hour road trip? We realize this was on the management team though and not the owners.

This is a spectacular Home! We enjoyed the amazing views of the Ocean from all areas of the House, but the most rewarding view was from the rooftop terrace. Sunsets, moon rising in the evenings and the beautiful sunrises each morning. This place is a must to visit.

It was a great property. It was unique, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the elevator. A member of our family got stuck in it and there was no key accessible to easily get her out. When calling the property management company they could not help us and told us to call 911. It would have been a simple fix if we would have had access to the elevator key. After we were able to get her out the elevator it was unusable for the rest of our trip. We had to bring all our luggage down 3 floors in order to leave.

Absolutely one of the best locations and beach trip we have had! The home is perfect location and had everything plus more! We literally just needed clothes and they provided everything in that home. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property was as it said it was on the listing, but the fact that this was not privately owned and that we went through a rental company was felt. The code on the front door was not working properly. We had several back-and-forth communications with Patrick to get it right, but it wasn't made clear in advance how to properly enter the code to get in. Even once we did get a code that actually worked. Things were clean, but the sheets felt like sandpaper. There was a coffee maker but no starter packet of coffee or a couple creamers or anything to make us feel welcomed. We had to text to ask for the wifi and password. It was nowhere in the home (also a suggestion for the welcome basket) or in the listing. So all in all not a bad stay, just not a route we'd take again.

Enjoyed being walking distance to the beach. House very nice. Loved the roof top deck. Very clean. Management company very accommodating and made sure our stay was excellent. Great job. We will be back.

The elevator did not work . That was 1 of the reasons we rented this house. We made several attempts with Amber but had no luck in getting someone to get it working. We requested some refund for our inconvenience. As of today June 13 we haven't heard from anyone.

Easy check-in. Beautiful, unique beach house. Located on the beach side of Hwy 98. No having to walk across the main road to get to the beautiful white sandy beach. On a negative note, we found sand in both Queen beds, blender had dried crusty residue, floors not clean, shower had pink-ish residue and last guests soap residue in soap dish in big shower, along with other things that appeared the home had not been cleaned with pride. Hoping the cleaning people do a better job for the next guests. We enjoyed our stay, but, did not expect to find a dirty beach house for the cost of a newer, beautiful place. The rooftop deck has an awesome view. Also, has an elevator to take all of your items up. It stops on the floor with bedrooms and the floor with kitchen. Final notes: It is beautiful. Just check everything as soon as you arrive. I did message the owner and spoke with Vacasa. No action taken thus far.

This house was perfect for our week. The house is new and is very clean. Gas stove, new appliances, and an elevator for all three floors. Hardwood floors throughout. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need - we are a family of 6 and we stayed extremely comfortably for 7 nights. Less than a 2 minute walk to the white, sandy beach. It is a quiet little town… but when we wanted to go out, there were plenty of options within a 20-minute drive.

This house was/is perfect. The location could not be better, plenty of parking. Shops nearby- I’ve done vacation rentals for over a decade now and this is the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed. Everything was pristine.
Neighbors were so kind and welcoming.
Mexico Beach is rebuilding, please don’t go there thinking you’ll be in Miami Beach. Mexico Beach is a magical place and it has all the amenities one need to spend a week relaxing.
Walmart and big grocery stores are a short 20 min drive.
