Loved my week stay. Everything I needed. The climate control kept the room within one degree, with quiet gentle air. This was my 3rd and last Vbro - I will be back.

We loved staying here. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty large for two people. It was nice to have a couch too so we could spread out a little. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a few things in walking distance, but I would recommend brining/renting a vehicle. The check-in process was seamless and the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

This spot was perfect for us as a home base as we spent a few days exploring the area for an upcoming move. Was close to everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Host was wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was EXACTLY as described in the profile. It was located in a safe, neighborhood with easy access to the main road that had many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The bed was comfortable, the room had everything needed for an easy stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plastic cups and silverware.

Very acceptable. Host was responsive to my quiestions. I would have like to have the exact address while deciding as I was hoping to walk to my friend's house and wasn't sure how far the address was from her until after I had booked. Also the information about when he code would be given would have been helpful..ie YOU will be texted instructions for entering on the day of your arrival after 12 noon" Also I had to call to see which door to enter. as there was no label on the outside. Also, I didn't realize it was a second floor apt. For some that would be a deal breaker so it should descibe the need to manage stairs. Just little things that make traveling alone more comfortable. Thanks, I would stay again!!

Pleasantly surprised at everything this efficiency offered. From the moment I walked in it was better than advertised. Easy access to team baseball sites as well to downtown. Make sure to try out “Little Miss BBQ”, it’s worth the effort (just 2 blocks away). I’ll definitely rent again. We’ll worth the money!

The room is a generous size. The bed is as comfortable as advertised. The host was great, even asking about our comfort mid-stay. Would’ve liked to open the windows for a cross breeze, but there were no screens. There also is a connecting (locked) door to another part of the residence that bleeds light into the room. Small things.

I stayed here when I went to visit our son at GCU. It was very clean and a perfect place to stay about 20 mins from campus. There is a neighborhood Walmart nearby. I felt safe. Very clean. Nothing fancy but it met by needs for the days I was in Phoenix. Bed was super comfortable! Would stay again!

Great location and space. We had everything we needed, from wine glasses to plastic ware and plates, coffee and coffee cups. Fridge and microwave are nice size, the bed is comfortable and the fan was nice.

Johnny was very nice his property was centrally located in Phoenix making it easy to get every where. He provided on site safe parking too. The only negative I would give is there is no dresser to unpack into only a closet. Other than that we would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Easy to find, very clean, better than a motel room, everything was simplified as far as payment, access to room without having to meet up with anyone to get a key (really nice as we arrived late),. We would recommend this and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was very nice and BIG. Lots of room to stretch out and relax. The host was excellent, easy to contact with almost immediate replies and took he took care of us over and above what we asked for. You will not be disappointed!

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. It had a comfortable bed and a comfortable couch. The bathroom was clean. Having a mini fridge/freezer was nice too along with the keurig. The TV was basic, but I didn't need to use it much because I was out all day exploring the great sights of Arizona. The owner was nice and he even had the thermostat set to the temperature I wanted prior to even checking in. The TouchPad lock was a breeze and I would definitely stay here again if I had to!

everything was great, the host Johnny was very communicative and helpful. Everything was accurate, the only thing that was an issue was the cleanliness. I would hire a different crew as they did not do a good job in the bathroom and kitchenette area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but I didn’t have any issues.

We were in Phoenix for a wedding and this room was perfect! It was in a quite neighborhood. The room itself was large, clean and quite. It had a large comfortable bed and a nice comfy couch. It was not to far from the highway and not far from downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Communication with the property manager/owner was great! I recommend this room if you’re looking for a large, clean and comfy room with same amenities as a hotel room.

What's posted on Vrbo is an accurate description. It's very spacious - bigger than most hotel rooms. Comfortable bed, free access to Netflix, good sized refrigerator and a microwave, plus the coffee maker (with coffee provided.) I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic experience with Johnny. His place is terrific - central location and a large, comfortable space that has all you need. Great fridge, microwave and coffee station, with cold waters and several coffee choices waiting for us. Had contacted Johnny several times and he was responsive and helpful with each request. He truly wants to please his guests. A fantastic alternative to a hotel. Don’t hesitate to book this listing!
