Perfect location. Right near the famous bridge. Less than a 5-minute walk to the train station as well as multiple great restaurants. The unit is older and could use some updating, however, it is very clean and very spacious two-bedroom unit. Small kitchen but rarely used. Has all the amenities including extra towels. Washer and drier outside unit but just down the hall 5 step walk to reach. Tub with a hand-held shower not sure why the unit does not have a shower curtain. Provided were extra conversion plugs as well. My only real negative and this is outside of their control. It was warm, most of Europe does not have central AC. Windows were open and we were provided a fan, however, the nearby church rings the bell every hour even at night. But you would hear this wherever you stayed. If returned to Lucerne, would have no issues staying at this place again.

Beautiful location however building a bit run down. No shower curtain and hard towels. We woke up to blood and needles outside our door the first day We asked for someone to remove the blood. Nothing was done. It made us a little scared. As the main door stayed unlocked all night.

This apartment was even better than advertised. Spacious, spotless and total privacy despite the large windows overlooking the river and the old city. 5 minutes to the train station and 1 minute from Kapellbrucke. Cross breezes between the 3 balconies and roll shutters kept the space cool.The cost to do a load of laundry was about 15 Sfr though!

The apartment was clean has great views of city Lucerne River. Was close to restaurant and train station. Very beautiful city to see and experience would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better location for our stay in Lucerne! Convenient to everything you need! The apartment itself is furnished with the basics, nothing fancy or extra. No TV and the wifi was not very reliable. I would recommend this apartment for the location alone, but wouldn’t for anyone looking for more upscale accommodations. Check in/out was easy.

Just as described. Not fancy, but served its purpose. Was a little hard to find, it is tucked back under a overhang, next to a beauty shop. Would be nice if it had a microwave.

If this property is available on your date, BOOK IT! you'll thank me later. Proximity to everything that Lucerne has to offer are just steps away. The full kitchen and the laundry facility is very useful for us and for the bonus you have balcony in every room to admire the view across the old city and lake Lucerne and the back alley as well. This review is specifically for apartment 9 (6th floor). The 2 stand fans in the apartment also makes our stay much more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The experience with the property management company was smooth. I was disappointed that the washing machine was not in the suite - when I read the listing I assumed it was. The location is super. It would have been helpful to have a fan in the suite as it was so hot out, and we had to close the blinds to keep the suite cool which meant no air flow from the windows. Note the amazing location comes with a lot of noise from outside - people enjoying themself in the summer: probably not so Much of an issue if you don’t have to keep the windows open to keep cool. Also if you are a light sleeper there are church bells very close and thee of them tend to go off. Beautiful but again may be an issue for some. When the windows are open to try to keep cool it is very loud. Just a note.
