When you enter this 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2nd floor, 1650 sq. ft., 2nd level home you will find yourself in a nicely furnished living room with a large flat screen TV and a fireplace - which you can enjoy from a lot of comfortable seating. French doors take you out to the front balcony with a small table and chairs where you can sip morning coffee or an evening libation. Next to the living room is a modern kitchen with all the amenities and appliances you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. A dining table for 6-8 has is nearby so everyone can eat together inside comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms in this home - all of which have ceiling fans in additional to central air conditioning. Each one also has a flat-screen TV. The king master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. A queen bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, share the 2nd bathroom has a large tub. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 8.
