This convenient apartment is located near beaches, the heart of Tamarindo where you will find shops and restaurants, and you will also be within walking distance to the community, kid-friendly outdoor pool! This apartment features three levels full of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. The main living space is located on the first floor along with a half bathroom. Unwind in the living area watching cable on the wall-mounted TV before heading to the fully-equipped kitchen to work your magic–your friends will surely appreciate every single preparation you make! There is even a dishwasher that will help you with the dishes once mealtime is over. The washer/dryer combo is located right under the stairs that lead to the second and third levels. The second level hosts two bedrooms and two en-suite full baths. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The third and last level hosts the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo and a balcony with views of the complex and pool. THINGS TO KNOW Beach towels are provided. Snowbird-friendly rental - contact Vacasa to inquire about special rates. There will be construction and remodeling of common areas beginning April 17th and the work will last until May 28th, 2023. They will be working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The pool and surrounding area will be closed for supply and demolition during that time period. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This property would get a 5 star if it had the mold situation under control. There is definitely some unresolved water damage that needs immediate attention as we found a mass amount of mold under the sink in master bathroom. On the flip side - It has a beautiful pool and well-maintained grounds, great security and overall a well stocked kitchen with everything and more that you’d need. It is also a very well located unit, a short walk to the beach. Aside from the issue above, it was perfect for my family!

Walking distance of the each and restaurants. Loved it! Only issue was the cleanliness when we checked in. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but there was still dirt on the floor and some sheets had old stains. Again it wasn't bad but I would definitely come back

This condo was wonderful, plenty of space, super close and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. The landscaping and pool were absolutely gorgeous. Very safe with guarded security.

The property was not very clean Maintenence had ro come as the plumbing leaked drains clogged Pool cloudy and very small Overall propery needs work amd does not reflect the pictures Only good things were the nice security functioning a/c and gardens Would not recommend this place for thr money we paid

Hello, We absolutely loved this place! It was located perfectly for us! We have 3 kids and my wife and myself found it to be extremely convienient. I will recommend this place to my friend and family! There is one thing I will note: The master bathroom is an open design but the water does seem to stay in the shower and wants to go all over the floor. We were not sure if this was an intentional design so we stopped using the bathroom during our stay. Not a problem for us but it was a little confusing. Otherwise, we would love to come back and stay again! It was a lovely condo! Thank you! Pura Vida!

We absolutely loved this place! It was located perfectly for us!
We have 3 kids and my wife and myself found it to be extremely convienient. I will recommend this place to my friend and family!

There is one thing I will note: The master bathroom is an open design but the water does seem to stay in the shower and wants to go all over the floor. We were not sure if this was an intentional design so we stopped using the bathroom during our stay. Not a problem for us but it was a little confusing.

Otherwise, we would love to come back and stay again! It was a lovely condo!
