Situated in Denver, this attractive condo for $298 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a charming 3 story condo located 1.7 Miles West of Mile High Stadium and Downtown Denver. This property is located just half a block away from the Light Rail station which can take you as far west as Golden, CO and as far east as the Denver International Airport. The A - Line will get you to Union Station and then go to the W - Line and it drops you off a half block from the place if you choose to take the light rail from the airport. This 2 Master Bedroom style condo will sleep 6 and has 3 full bathrooms with a half bath downstairs on the first floor. The comfortable layout will feel like home during any of Colorado's amazing seasons. The automated door lock gets a little weird because of the seal and you may have to shake the handle pretty hard a time or two. Don’t hesitate to call. The front door is electronic and can get a little sticky with the new door seal. Just pull or shake the handle a bit and it should be ok.

Great condo with plenty of space and a great usable kitchen. Nick was very responsive to any needs we had. The condo is convenient to the train station for easy access to downtown. We spend New Years eve downtown and could quickly get back to the condo. We loved the three floors and the fireplace! The family spent great time together in the condo. thanks Nick!

The house was clean and modern. We enjoyed the great room making breakfast, watching football and playing games.The third bedroom upstairs was pretty warm and alittle uncomfortable on the hide-a-bed.

As previous reviews have stated, this is a nice, newer place in an area going through redevelopment. Short Uber ride to Mike High. Nick is great to work with and very accommodating!! Overall a very good experience.

Great place to stay! My family and I stayed for a week during a softball tournament. Centrally located, well stocked with everything you would need, parking was never an issue, and clear communication with Nick. Highly recommend!

The place itself is excellent. The location (It is very close to Empower Field, and we were there to go to a Broncos game) and the condition of this Condo are great. The Communication and amenities however, leave a lot to be desired. We did not receive check in or check out instructions, we had no idea how to get into the place when we arrived, and we had to make 3 calls to the owner to get the door code. Once we were situated, we sent several messages via the VRBO app relating to Wi Fi password, and the use of the televisions in the bedrooms. We had to search for several of the toiletries, and the owner took his sweet time responding to our requests (over 24 hrs). I would not stay here again, even though the location is ideal and the place is very nice.

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a weekend golf trip. I would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Location was great and place was clean. Some of the surrounding area is a little rough and run down but was expected with it being so close to the downtown area. I would also mention that for anyone staying on the 3rd floor with the pull out bed it tended to be warmer than the first and 2nd floor. Heat rises so again it was to be expected.

My family went to Friday & Saturday shows. The Avett Brothers tore the place down. Your place was great. You can spread out if you want with plenty of room. Cool outside seating area. Great location to zip out to Red Rocks, just 15 minutes! Loved the Highland area as well.

Great place and plenty of room . Really liked the fact there was a bathroom with shower For every sleeping area. Made it really convenient. Location is great for downtown access but many people told us the neighborhood was not the best. However we had zero issues and place is secure.

We rented this property to surprise our daughter for her 30th birthday party since we live in Los Angeles and she lives in Denver. The house was perfect for entertaining as there is a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy time with friends and family. We also loved that there were 4 bathrooms on the property! Nick, the property owner, was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend the property and look forward to our next trip when we hope the property will be available for us to rent again! We thank Nick for sharing his home with us for the weekend.

Our party of 6 flew in from Michigan, age group range was 57-67. We had a wedding reception to attend in Denver and the location of this property was perfect! Just make sure that the couple staying on the third floor is in good shape and on the smaller side for the pull out bed. (It was fine for the couple that stayed on the 3rd level on this trip-which was me and my other half)

We had an excellent stay and the property owner was in touch throughout our stay. All we needed was our bags and clubs to enjoy the perfect weather in CO. We loved The upstairs balcony and fire table. The property was well equipped, tastefully decorated, and extremely clean. Would love to stay again on our next golf trip!
