Nestled in Avon, this charming house for $236 per night is a great option for your next trip. Carolina House 80 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Nothing could be finer than a stay at Carolina House, a quaint, oceanfront home that will charm you from the entry to the views. Walk up the wooden boardwalk path and stairs, passing the small outdoor shower under the home, to the first-floor entry. On this level are several bedrooms and a full-size, front-loading, Samsung washer/dryer. Two of the four bedrooms on this floor have two twin beds each; one has a TV and a VCR. Down the hall, you'll find a third bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, and a DVD player, and a fourth with a queen bed and in-room access to the shared hallway bath. Head up to the second floor to find an open floor plan with fresh paint and flooring. Three large, sliding glass windows frame ocean vistas, making it hard to remember what life was like back home. Enjoy the view from the dining table or pull up a seat at the small breakfast bar that peeks into the kitchen with granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. Soak it all in as you relax in the cozy great room with a TV and breathtaking beach scenes. The queen bedroom on this level offers in-room access to a recently updated bathroom with a tub/shower that is shared with the living area. Speaking of new remodels, the oceanfront sundeck received one in 2023. While there, you can sink into Adirondack chairs with a cool beverage, and a hot tub around the corner on the upper-level deck. Afterward, go for a dip in the shared Club Hatteras pool Stroll to the public boardwalk that borders the property, carrying you up and over the steep dune to the beach. Feel great about your choice to make Carolina House your home this year. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Charcoal grill THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The location of this property could not be any better! Close to restaurants, Avon pier and 5 second walk over the dunes to the beach!

The Carolina House was the perfect amount of space we needed for our scaled down yearly OBX family trip. The only real flaw the house had was that at night in the master bedroom it was super warm. Everyone who was downstairs had to use extra blankets (which is a good thing)! We went to the hardware store and bought a fan which helped to alleviate the warm bedroom. Other than that, the house was great. Well stocked kitchen and although we only used it once, the hot tub was fantastic!

Great location and well supplied kitchen. Nice large dining room table for our group of 10. Could use some hangers in the closets and more blankets. (AC kept the house cool in the evening but for some reason for warm during the night). Some family games would be a nice addition. We also had to buy our own rope for outside clothes line and clothes pins. Other homes that we have rented in Avon have supplied these items. A second outside shower would be a great addition since this home accommodates 10 people.

Great Vacation!
Thank you! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The check in process was very easy. We got an email on our way down of how to access the house since we were coming in very late the first night. The AC worked well! And the walk to the beach was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and everyone we met was considerate. Thank you! Would stay again!
