This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and available as listed. The beds were comfortable with nice dark out shades letting us sleep after sunrise. The whole complex was well maintained with grounds crews cleaning and watering every day. This location was less touristy than the towns of Canmore and Banff but there was easy accessibility to hiking, biking, kayaking, shopping. I would rent here again!

There are a lot of extra cleaning fees for a place that asks you to wash all the towels you use. Also they should provide hot tub towels since this is a rental not a hostel. We needed to iron garments, there was an iron but no ironing board. When messaging the host they stated where it should be and it was no where to be found. The deck floor was dirty when we went out in our bare feet so we had to sweep it.

This is an ideal place to stay if visiting Banff. Canmore is nearby and has everything you need during your stay. The place is beautiful and we'll definitely be coming back again.

Some girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend away. Other than the things others have already said - about the fireplace not working and the shower drains needing to be cleared - the property was as described and we had a great stay! The hot tub was lovely and the beds were comfy.

The property was as described and pictured in the photos. We have stayed at a number of units in this property, and this one was, by far, the most well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that there were board games and puzzles. Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly. The unit was clean and well maintained. It looks out over the courtyard and hot tub, but with the windows closed it was super quiet. We will definitely book again.

Our stay in the mountains was what our family needed. We have not done this since before Covid. I grew up in Canmore, so our weekend stay felt like coming home.

We enjoyed this property very much. Easy check-in process. (Did have to search a bit to find the parking details) and place was as described. Lots of room for the family and fur baby. We would stay here again.

Disappointing experience

The property we booked suddenly became unavailable (day of arrival) and we were forced into another property with less accommodations. An adult had to sleep on a fold out that was large enough for a child, not a full grown adult. There was not enough bedding for this option either. The condo did not have the promised sundries. The "fireplace" was an electric facsimile and did not throw any heat, was just there for aesthetics. Was a major disappointment.

Overall, this property fit everything we needed, except location. It was a bit further from the town site than I thought and there's nothing around except the Shell station.Pros:- Air conditioning worked fine.- Close to the hot tub, which is great if you're sending older kids down there. You can see them from the balcony.- Close to the elevator. Just around the corner.- Underground parking was handy, especially on hot days.Cons:- Dishwasher did not clean properly. I was dismayed to see all the dishes were dirty. Then I ran the dishwasher and realized it wasn't doing anything. Dishes came out the same as they went in. I even tried using extra tabs. Ended up washing everything by hand so the next guest probably had amazingly clean dishes.- No main floor washroom. With bunk beds on the main floor, it would have been handy, but it's not a deal breaker if the kids can climb stairs.- Toilet flush button sometimes got stuck and the bathroom doors rubbed when closing. Again, not a deal breaker.Overall, this was a pleasant experience and Wes replied within an hour if we had any questions.

It seemed like the place was in need of some basic maintenance, TLC, and a really good cleaning. The unit was very nice. We were very surprised to find the park pass available for use. We have now stayed at this location twice and the unit was by far the most comfortable. Would stay again.
