Location. It doesn’t get any better
Not always easy to access help. Called the number given to have valet to bring our car out. That line was continuously busy at 7:30. Went to lobby and called that person. Luckily valet guy answered the phone

The location was amazing. It was right across the street from Independence Hall. It was convenient to all of the historic attractions in Old Town Philadelphia. Check in was extremely easy.
The unit I stayed in did not match the photos in this description. While the unit included most of the amenities in the photos, the photos displayed a loft with a spiral staircase. The loft did not exist in my unit. It also did not include couch. The TV was not positioned in a way that made viewing from bed easy. The photos appeared to separate the TV from the bed, which would have been better since, I was traveling with my young son who has an earlier bedtime than I do. It was still a good value, but not as pictured. Therefore this review is only getting seven starts for a bate and switch.

Great location 👍
Great to have washer /dryer 👍 super useful when travelling.
Great apartment size 👍
The communal areas were dirty (lifts).
The front desk staff were basic in customer service, not really engaging.
Bedrooms had no windows, so no natural light.
The kitchen equipment eg. Cutlery was lacking for 4 people.
