This property is very conveniently located in the center of the city.
The room was starting to look a little tired -- cracked toilet cover, tape holding a molding on, etc.

The location was ideal.
The bathroom was cramped. The toilet was too low to the floor. There needs to be a fridge in the room. Since downtown Philadelphia is full of places to eat, there was no place to keep any left overs or snacks. Also, there was no place to get late night snacks in the hotel.
