Place is “ok” at best. Not worth the 300 or so per night.
Shower stall was small and dinghy.
Bed mattress was saggy and woke up with a sore back.

Great location, friendly people and fantastic breakfasts.

Beautiful property. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. Bathroom was the only drawback. Toilet was small and very low to ground. Claw-foot tub had excellent water heat, but low water pressure and was difficult for large, tall people to navigate. Best for people under 5’9 of medium build.

We loved our stay at the Inn. Everyone is so friendly! You can't beat the location which is an easy walk to downtown. Located in a few nice and quiet neighborhood. The Inn is an historical landmark and well kept. We loved the breakfast options. Delicious! We stayed two nights. One night was a storm but we felt very safe and content there. Our friends stayed one night and loved it as well. The owners/managers are super friendly and helpful. Their other property is across the street, Inn on First, and that looked like a great place to stay we well. We ate there one morning and it was great. Friendly employees at both inns. We come into Napa a few times a year. This will be our new place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights and loved the place! The room was small but had everything we needed - 2 rocking chairs to sit and have our morning coffee, robes, and an incredibly comfortable bed! Breakfast was great - we had a few options to choose from. And the staff was great! Will be back for sure.

Such a beautiful property! The rooms were so unique and comfortable. We woke up Saturday morning to a peaceful and quiet space, made tea, read our books before heading out for the day. Would definitely come back and recommend.

The Napa Inn is so adorable. I stayed in the Madaline’s Suite, which was so darling. I came for the New Year’s Eve weekend. The room is cozy, warm, and homey. This is my first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast, and the Napa Inn did not disappoint. As I was coming to Napa, I wanted to stay in an environment which felt more like home and was comforting, as opposed to a hotel. The room is spacious, very feminine, and charming. Randy, the manager, is extremely helpful and answers all your queries. I wish my stay had been longer. But I will definitely stay at the Napa Inn in future when visiting the beautiful city of Napa.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were tasty and filling; especially Sunday. We looked forward to the cookies in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The overall condition of the room and the house indicated it was time to bring in the painters and spruce and freshen up the walls and trim. Tiny bathroom with an ice cold floor all the time. The closet was dark and we had to use our phone flashlight to see our suitcase contents.
Today the cook was ill so we walked across to a sister site. The quality of the pain, furnishings was night and day. Next time we will stay there.

Absolutely our new favorite place to stay in Napa. Great location with a cozy, beautiful room. Walkable to downtown, but far enough to be quaint. Great staff and great breakfast.
A very serious 5 out of 5 from us :)))

We enjoyed our time here for NYE for the night. The food for breakfast was great and great intimate service. The only downside is the fact that their rooms needed some TLC. In our room (Simeon’s Quarters), the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the bathroom and there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. Also, the glass panels in the windows were separating from the window frames themselves.
I would still give this place a chance, but the owners/innkeepers need to pay more attention to maintenance.

The Inn itself was sweet and nice enough. It was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms had some areas of wear and tear that could use repair. We stayed in the Madeline room, and the window screen was fully ripped open, and the tile was unfinished and missing some edging in the bathroom. The outdoor deck could definitely use some cleaning and TLC, but overall the place was clean. The fireplace barely lit - it was gas and basically was a low blue flame the whole time it was on, no matter how high we turned it up. We stayed for our 1st anniversary, I had left at least 2 messages asking for someone to call back to arrange for something special to be in the room when we arrived, but no one ever called back, which was disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of an ancient building with absolutely modern and convenient sanitary ware. The breakfast was at the level of a good restaurant, I definitely recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous breakfast and warm hospitality.

Friendly in keepers, nice rooms, cozy beds, love the fireplaces!
Nicely accommodating for food allergies. I would have loved to join breakfast but was unable to because I need to eat early in the morning. To be fair, I didn't ask if they could prepare something earlier.

The Napa Inn is a gem. Randy, the manager, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and delicious experience. The house is beautifully restored and well taken care of. The rooms and bathrooms are meticulously clean and lots of space. It was a perfect weekend in Napa.

Rude. No help to get to room. Random strangers banging on my door at night

The property was very enchanting. The historic space has so much character and was very welcoming. Our room was very roomy and the fireplace made it very cozy. The staff was kind and attentive and the breakfast in the morning was lovely.

Thank you for a great wedding night! Madaline's Suite was a perfect way for us to start off as Mr. & Mrs.
Napa Inn is conveniently located near downtown. Staff is friendly. Randy the manager helped set up our room and make it special for when we arrived. Breakfast the next day was tasty! We will have to return for our Anniversary. Best wishes to everyone at the Inn.

The Napa Inn has lots of character and charm. I could not have chosen a better place to experience Napa. The property is beautifully kept in every single detail, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccable, just as described. I would definitely stay again!

Friendly Staff and great location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very Good!

Easy check-in and great location.

The inn was okay, clean but dated. No reception, envelope with the instructions under the welcome mat, no way anyone can see it. Breakfast absolutely disgusting! Good location, close to first street.

Carrying heavy luggage up staircases was the biggest issue for me. There is no reception so to speak… No one to speak to if you have any issues with your room until the following morning at breakfast to your server. The location was great…walking distance to downtown Napa. For the price point it was good.

Looking a bit worn around the edges. Could use some TLC

We had a wonderful time at the Napa inn. We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable. If anything could be improved i would say the breakfast. The portions were small and the food provided was not as decribed online.

This is are historic buildings that have been beautifully restored. The rooms are very comfortable, although my room was a little warm as i could not get the AC to work? Open windows helped. Friendly service but check in is a little sporadic. The parking was good and off street. The breakfast was also good. I don’t often stay at B & B's but this one is nice and a fantastic location with a short walk to downtown but on a quiet residential street.

The nice cozy old fashioned house, which was transformed into a bed and breakfast. It has its charm, I was traveling with my mom. She felt enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was amazing.
