We stayed in a room on level 3 of the inn. It has a window view of the streets (so it was a bit loud). Everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent quality for the amount of money. I just wished that the hotel allowed for luggage hold while we wait to check in/room to be available.

The room itself was clean, but the hallway smelled a bit like marijuana. May have just been a specific guest at the time of my visit though. Location is great for nearby restaurants

We stayed in one of the sister hotels (Cow Hollow Inn) 2 weeks before this stay and found Coventry Motor Inn to be very similar. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity. The motel is around a 15-20 min walk to Fort Mason/Ghirardelli Square. A real plus point is underground secure parking which is included in the price.
I would definitely stay again, especially if travelling by car.
