Very kind and accommodating staff. Had light breakfast refreshments and coffee. Location is amazing! Bathroom has been renovated and has a rain shower, which was very nice. Towels were soft, too.
Small parking lot, first come first serve, so no guarantee of having a spot. Door trim was old, so could hear street noise clearly.

I liked the location and how close it was to shops and getting around the city to visit different Sam Francisco attractions. The room was pretty good, slept comfortably, has TV for relaxing. Good lighting on mirror, shower was a good size. Staff were super helpful and friendly regarding how to get around the city and suggestions for attractions.
Didn’t like that the corners of the room were sort of dirty. It seemed it doesn’t get vacuumed a lot. Walls were quite thin so could hear other guests in the rooms either side of me. No elevator so bringing up heavy luggage on your own can be hard

It was close to the downtown San Fran and pretty cheap
Parking was first come first serve so there was nowhere to really park. There was mould on our shower curtain and the floorboards were separating from each other and there was a gap between the floorboard and the wall there was nowhere hang the toilet paper the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable!!!!
