The property could do with some updating on the outside. The rims themselves weren't that bad. There was rust on the lights which I'm assuming is probably due to the air as is very close to the Bay. I had a very hard time using the card to unlock the door. Other than that it wasn't a bad stay. Very minimal parking but I was able to find parking

I had a great stay at the Surf Motel on Lombard Street. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.
The location is excellent. I was able to walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made getting around San Francisco easy and convenient without needing to drive everywhere.
The price was outstanding, especially considering the location. It's hard to find this kind of value in San Francisco. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place to stay with great staff and easy access to local attractions, I would definitely recommend the Surf Motel.

Went for OutsideLands, Bus Stop right in front of the property and Free Parking! Staff were really nice and helpful. Went as a solo traveler and it was a nice stay in the Marina District
