I’ve stayed here before. It’s a cut above some of the other hotels on Lombard Street -bed is pretty comfortable. Shower works well, good television set up compared to other hotels which use the awful dish network. Microwave fridge is nice touch.parking. It’s tight, but it works.lots of street noise….i use a white noise machine to block it
It’s a bit grungy rooms and property could use some freshening up. The shower curtain is not long enough so water splashes out onto the bathroom floor.

The room was lovely. It provided all of the comforts that I require. They placed me upstairs, and I felt very safe. The water pressure was excellent, and there was plenty of hot water for my bath. The staff is very friendly and polite. I enjoyed all of the TV channels, and the bed was excellent. This hotel is one of my top places to stay in San Francisco, which I visit frequently. Also, I was able to park my car for free, in a covered parking place. Over all 10 + experience !
I really can’t think of anything that I did not like.

Free parking, friendly staff, comfy pillows, comfy bed, coffee pot in the room, fridge, , microwave : restaurants in walking distance.
Noise above us, people were making loud noise all night above us, no hot water for shower in the morning.
