Comfort of the beds and cleanness
Our bedroom is right by the side of a bar with really loud music nonstop from 1 pm to almost 3 in the morning. It's not easy to sleep.

Great room well pained and comfortable...good heat control
Wonderful car park with available space (end August)
The hotel was opposite a Bar/Disco and was noisy until 3am which meant an appalling night sleep 2/10
So bad we cannot ever return yet location and parking were superb ...a real shame!

Free parking in San Francisco was worth its weight in gold.
We had a King room. The bed was too firm and bouncy. If someone moved around, you can feel it. There was one thin blanket with a waffle design which could be felt if we kept the bedspread on top of us. Not sure why but the King room has no refrigerator. I was able to get one for $5/day. I’m not sure if other rooms had microwaves but our room didn’t. It seems that’s a given these days. There was one combo outlet/USB charging device for 2 USB A ports on one of the nightstands. USB C is now becoming the world standard. If you want to relax watching tv, don’t bother. The channel selection was abysmal. Also no options to mirror or cast.
