Excellent location and a clean, comfortable room. The hotel is very convenient for exploring San Francisco on foot, and we were able to walk to many places from here. We also appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Parking is a major issue. The hotel has very few parking spaces, and when we arrived, none were available. Finding street parking nearby was extremely difficult, and we eventually had to pay $25 for just 12 hours of parking elsewhere.
The breakfast was also very disappointing and extremely limited. There was very little to choose from — basically waffles, muffins, and coffee. There wasn't even bread or toast. I would not really consider this a proper breakfast.
The hotel also felt overpriced for what it offers. We paid $522.34 for two nights, which seems excessive for a basic 2-star motel, especially considering that we couldn't use the advertised free parking and the included breakfast was so limited.

I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the tidy room. The location was perfect for our needs.
Breakfast was poor, with only instant oatmeal available and waffles sometimes missing.
