The courtyard area with beautiful landscaping adds charm to this cozy inn. We loved staying here--and like everyone says, breakfast is delicious! Indeed, the location is deal. The worst part was leaving. Newport is magical.

We had a great stay at the Town and Tide Inn! Everything was perfect, but what really made the experience special was Serena. She is a fantastic innkeeper who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
