I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler. There were many stores, restaurants, cafes, etc within walking distance. And Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens were in walking distance as well. I’d definitely stay again.

Stayed here a couple of times. Value for money each time. Clean and tidy. Often a little annoying to check in and then have to go to the other building to stay, but it’s a good place for a quick night.

Good 3 start hotel within walking distance of Paddington Station. Got room with Balcony overlooking nice street. Good bedding and updated bathroom. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in an older building with some visible signs of wear and tear, but it was spotlessly clean and offered excellent value for money. The air conditioning was fantastic, which was a lifesaver during the London summer heat, and the large balcony and Jacuzzi bathtub were great additions.
Overall, this was one of my most enjoyable stays in London. I'd definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to return
