The surrounding view is so beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.
The pillows could have been better, and they should provide a water boiler and standard cutlery in the room—although I eventually borrowed one from the receptionist.

Limited access to plugs to charge devises. No tea and coffee facilities. Dinner ok but expensive. Not great value for money.

My room and the views were stunning and very chill out.
Unfortunately, my stay at this 3-star hotel was unremarkable. The staff appeared unprofessional even, and the limited catering options were a letdown. I did lodge a complaint through the chat box, but haven't heard back

P.s It seems the staff could benefit from additional hospitality training to improve their performance and communication skills and provide better service especially located in Loen?
