Located in Topsail Beach, this charming house for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: This ocean and sound front townhome is the perfect beach vacation home, offering a private community with direct access to the beach, pool and airy cabana. Incredible, unobstructed 180 degree views of the ocean, inlet and intercoastal waterway. You also have breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with beach views from the Owner Suite and all of the living spaces. This home is appointed with a freshly upgraded kitchen and light airy space which make this the perfect getaway for any time of the year. The Space: The main floor of the home has a large living room, kitchen, dining area, deck overlooking the water, laundry room and half bathroom. The views from the back porch are simply amazing. As you head up the stairs to the second floor there is a loft bedroom with a full bed accessed via a ladder. On the second floor there is a guest bedroom with a new bunk bed and a queen bed. A full bathroom is across the hall from the guest bedroom. Additionally, the primary suite is on the second floor; it is a large room with office nook, attached private bathroom and amazing views of the island and water. The Neighborhood: Located on the south end of Topsail Island, this waterfront townhome is located in a private community that includes a boardwalk to the beach (oceanside), walkway to the beach (sound side), community pool and cabana. Getting Around: There is plenty of parking at the home for you and your guests. Take a bike ride through the neighborhood, inlets or head into town for shopping, the fish market and our favorite, the Beach Shop Grill! Other Things to Note: Linens are included with your stay. We have fresh clean sheets and towels based on the occupancy of your stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your cooking needs. Below the house are two storage areas that have plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, a couple beach cruiser bikes and a kayak!

The cottage has been updated nicely and is clean. It has views of the southern point of the island, the sound, and the ocean from the back porch. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very nice experience!

The back deck has an amazing view. From the Atlantic, across the natural preserved point, to the sound, it is what the early discoverers saw. The sunset on the back porch is not to be missed. Just up the road we enjoyed great dining at The Beach House grill. Just right of the house we paddle boarded on the sound. Several houses to the left we walked to the beach. We used the outdoor shower frequently. I'd definitely come back.

Everything was perfect…. the location and view are gorgeous. The house was clean and very comfortable. Decorated perfectly. Will was the perfect host and communicated timely with us. No complaints here! We will stay again!

We were well pleased. Beautiful location at end of island. Very peaceful and uncrowded on beach. Had wonderful meals at Low Tide, Santinos, Sears Landing, and Breezeway. We will be back.

Our family traveled to topsail beach and found a peaceful retreat in the island. The house location was gorgeous watching the sunsets and had everything we could need as a family. It’s a short walk to the beach and the kids loved searching for shells. Even in cooler weather it made for a cozy getaway.
