This trip was our first stay in Sedona and a celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. We felt personally welcome from the moment we drove in to the valet and checked in. Through our entire stay and up too the moment we finally left, which was well after check-out and after using the spa showers to clean up from another local hike, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always made us feel at home with several personal touches we will remember.
Staff recognized us by name, concierge helped us find a very difficult to get dinner reservation, and last minute at that.
We will absolutely be returning to this place again in the future.

I stayed in a spa cabin. Loved the outdoor cedar shower and the super comfortable bed. The jetted tub didn't work but that was my only disappointment. Had the best massage of my life at the resort spa. My massage therapist was Amy and she was amazing. Love all the furniture down by Oak Creek, especially the hammocks. The restaurant is pricey but I brought my own food to keep in the mini fridge in the cabin. This is a beautiful albeit expensive place to stay.

Outstanding service and a very beautiful resort. The view was almost as good as the staff. We will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a road trip to celebrate my 60th birthday and couldn’t have had a better stay here! The service everywhere was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. They texted us everyday to ask if we needed anything. There’s a town car to take you anywhere within 1.5 miles which includes some of the trails. And our stay ended with the hotel leaving a nice note as well as a really nice leather key ring to wish me a happy birthday, left in the passenger seat of our car.

Make no mistake, this place wasn't terrible by any means. It's just not what I would expect from somewhere that positions itself as a luxury resort. Rooms were very average, dining experience was the same.
I found it weird that I had to walk through the "fine dining" restaurant to get to my room -- bags and all, including my dog. Was odd for me and assuming odd for the people settling down for dinner as well.
Staff was friendly but perhaps a bit discombobulated? Checkin was a bit messy (they chased me out the door after all was said and done and told me they'd given me the wrong room). When a woman stopped by for turndown service I was given an empty box of chocolates (?), almost like I had inadvertently been given someone's garbage. It was so strange and maybe the third or fourth strange thing that had happened so I told the front desk. I was polite about it, laughing it off a bit as it all seemed so filly, and they apologized profusely. "Well send another box!" they said. They never did. It feels silly complaining about something so small, but it all added up to an experience that had me wondering if I should've maybe stayed somewhere else.

Wonderful property. Cottage was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff was quick to answer texts. Will be back.

Awesome property, amazing bed and living room. However at such an expensive hotel, I was really surprised that we were refused breakfast because we ordered it 15 minutes before it ended by a very surely employee, and when we had breakfast the next day it was very average. Also the room was advertised as coming with a jetted tub and we just had a shower.

Just spectacular. Rustic and upscale at the same time. Service was top notch. Location was great. This place is pricey - be prepared. However, it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.

Simply a very poorly managed hotel.
Late check-in, missed cleanings, outrageous resort fees but missing
amenities, F&B slow and weak.
5 star pricing 3 star service.

Great property, the best in Sedona.

There was a miss understanding with my reservation and the hotel blames expedia, and expedia blames the hotel.
A side the hotel reception smells bad, and the staff is not friendly. Room is small.

The Property Was Awesome, Staff was awesome, what I disliked was after paying for this very expensive package, The tips were included for all staff but the parking was not… We were nickel and dimed all the way out the door… When we front pay for a vacation package everything should be included and I mean everything including taxes and fees and any other fee the hotel wants to throw at you. Expedia and the hotels were did not explain to us all the additional fees being charged. We paid an additional $400.00 after we paid for this entire package in advance. Upsetting but none the less teaches me to read everything and question everything before you buy Expedia or use an automated system to book travel. A live person is best. That way all those details can be covered in advance…

We had a nightmare getting our spa appointments booked but Joy the Spa Director was amazing at solving the issues for us. The service in the restaurant was terrible! With no acknowledgement of the wait from the staff. Everyone had to wait significant amounts of time for their food. We only had an appetizer and mid course and were in the restaurant for almost two hours. Front desk staff and valet were the best!

Been looking forward to finally being able to lock in a couple nights without the kids. My wife and I were delighted by the room, the view, the service, and the bathroom. Jetted tub to massage the sore muscles from Sedona hikes. Enormous bathroom overall, and the private outdoor shower was a cherry on top we are so glad to have experienced. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great place to relax. Offers classes for free that you can take on premisses. Not too far from main hikes, right in town.

The staff at every area was welcoming, polite, attentive and gave excellent service. Special mention to the round-the-clock Valet service that were extremely professional and helpful. We really enjoyed the yoga, Chi-Gong and Crystal classes made available. The massage by Spencer among the best I have ever had!

Beautiful property, our cottage was especially well appointed, beds comfortable, nice touch with Robes, and sitting out on our deck for morning coffee was great. this hotel is located near the creek, it is peaceful and attractive.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Artwork is all throughout the grounds, which have been beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. My room was in the lodge and had a pretty balcony, and the most comfortable bed and softest sheets I have ever slept in.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The entire staff was super friendly and the property is beautiful. The cottage we stayed in was stunning and we enjoyed having the outdoor shower after a day of hiking. We will be back for sure!

Wonderfully managed with staff who provide impeccable service. The valet station provides a variety of service including shuttling you into town and picking you up. Every time we passed the shaded valet desk, Steven, Daniel or Danny checked to see if we needed bottled water, a ride, or help with planning our day.
Private Cabin, with indoor and outdoor shower, fireplace, patio deck and a lounge area in the room. Rosita who serviced our rooms, not only cleaned but organized our toiletries!
The pool area could be better appointed, and we understand that there is a planned improvement.

Comfortable cabins. Love the outdoor shower, Idyllic setting in the Oak Creek ravine. Great staff. Love that the resort fee meant I didn’t have tip every person I interacted with. Very pricey but it was a special occasion
2.0
Beautiful view of the mountains, nice room and great service. Spectacular creekside fine dining. The major problem is that the rooms with a mountain view also overlook the parking lot where delivery trucks park and leave the engines running. It makes the rooms and balconies noisy during the day. The resort would be greatly improved by having the trucks park somewhere else.

Close to everything Sedona has to offer. We were upgraded to a room with a view.

The creek is wonderful
