Nestled in Kitty Hawk, this lovely house for $350 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Darling 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Seascape golf course in Kitty Hawk. Easy walk to the beach, or play golf at Seascape Golf Links. You can always walk or ride your beach bike to get bagels in the morning, or milkshakes in the afternoon. Sandtrap bar, Arts place and Ocean Boulevard are close and within walking distance for casual or fine dining. Conveniently located close to Mile post 3, off of Eckner easily avoiding a long drive to your vacation destination. The home is cozy, decorated and furnished nicely with newer furnishings, beds and bedding. The kitchen has just been remodeled and is fully stocked. 3 bedrooms are on separate levels for privacy. Linens and bath towels included. Just bring beach towels. Fun add ons include a private fenced yard great for dogs, hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, barbecue grill, basketball hoop, picnic table, corn hole boards and pickle ball! Great times await on Seascape. Make memories with your family and friends at Kirras beach house. We will have new pool for Summer 2023!

We had a family of 5 adults stay during Thanksgiving week and found the location to be convenient for shopping, restaurants and of course golf, as it's right on the course. The house is comfortable and had all the necessities, with thoughtful touches - while it is a bit dated, it was clean and cheerfully decorated. The host was immediately responsive when I had questions and helpful. While we don't have a pet, they allow pets and I was relieved to find no evidence of or pet odors. The neighborhood was also pleasant and quiet. Would go again!

We had a wonderful relaxing time here. The house is so charming, clean and convenient to the beach. Our dog is now officially a beach dog. We will be back soon. Exceptional top notch interactions with the host. Thank you for making our first time in Kitty Hawk very welcoming!

Easy check in ! Plenty of space for large groups or families. Felt very at home . Kitchen had everything to cook a great meal for friends or family. We had two small pooches so we kept large sheets from home to cover both couches . Backyard was big and had lots of sand toys to play with. Had a hard time getting my hubby in for dinner! Lol Jillene was awesome and answered my questions within 10 mins. I love owners who keep in touch with guests. Thanks again for making it a trip to remember ! Lee and Don B

This place checked all the boxes. The owner answered all my questions before booking, pending arrival, and once we were there. You can tell the family took time to make the house perfect for guests (especially kids). (no pool yet, but the owner communicated this with us) super pet and family friendly place. Several areas to lounge inside and outside. Our kiddo loved hunting for golf balls! We used to stay in seascape for decades until our family house sold. So we love the community. This is truly a diamond for families with about 6 or less guests.

This was our first trip to OBX and we chose Kitty Hawk. It was a great choice for our family. Definitely, plan on returning. The location of Seascape is great, with plenty of excellent restaurants and fun activities nearby. Do check out, Flippers Convenience & Arcade, if y'all are fans of pinball. The house provided a great place to relax with our family. We truly enjoyed the fenced in backyard with corn hole and ping pong. Our dogs liked it even more! They liked our nightly walks thru the neighborhood, as well. You will have no worries while staying here. Our host, Jillene, will bend over backwards for her guests. She and her team were awesome. We wanted to bring are dog to the beach and enjoy the ocean since shes getting older and i have to say she deff did. The house was lovley even during the tropical storm.

House was set up nicely for small families with space for everyone. Interior design of home was very cute. Some items had reached end of life & had not been replaced such as the basketball which was a disappointment to my 8yr old son & the corn hole boards, we were too nervous to pick them up for fear they would break. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived & the vents in the kitchen were filthy. The house had a tinge of cigarette smoke smell. The other major disappointment, especially given the hurricane that was there a few days prior & still had the ocean closed to swimming, the pool that the listing said would be installed by Summer 2023 was not actually installed & we were not notified. The house did have lots of great space & character. Beds were very comfy. The owner was very responsive & the neighborhood was safe, quiet & close to many activities & shopping options. Beach parking was not a problem either. One other note the backyard was mainly sand, with some rough grasses that had thorns - it was not great for our dog who got many stuck in her paws. The fence was a short 3 or 4ft; not a 6ft privacy fence for any who may need that for this dog friendly home.

We had the best time at this Kitty Hawk beach house! It was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. We could easily get to a public beach access and brought our bikes and enjoyed the Bay Drive multi use path and Wright’s Brothers path. My husband also enjoyed playing a round of golf at Sea Scape. We were so excited that the home allowed us to bring our dog and had a fenced in backyard so it was a perfect spot for our pup. The house was so clean and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make a few meals at home. The host was amazing and very accommodating! We would definitely recommend this home and plan to return next summer. It was perfect!! Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our short stay here. The property is well kept with beautiful decor and nicely landscaped lot. The area is quiet but close to stores. Our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard & dog bowls provided. There were a lot of extras. The owner kept us well informed & was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend

We greatly appreciated staying in this beautiful and cozy home. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was a definite plus. The location next to a golf course is the reason for giving four stars to this otherwise five star home.

Amazing property! We have been renting in Ocracoke for 20+ years but stopped on our way further north for a weekend. Absolutely loved this property. More room than we needed but our dog loved it. The fenced in yard was great and the hot tub so our dog could enjoy the outside too. Kitchen equipped with traditional things one would need. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Host very accommodating as we drove overnight from New England. Real gem of a property

What a wonderful time! Despite some less than desirable weather, we made the most of our stay at Sea Scape. The house is stocked with anything and everything, comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a great location. We have two dogs who loved playing in the fenced-in backyard and walks through the neighborhood. We took advantage of the hot tub after a long windy, and brisk18-holes of golf, and it was awesome! Communication and check-in with Jillene was seamless! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at this hidden gem. Jillene is a top notch host and very responsive. The home is well furnished with updated décor and plenty of accommodations. The great room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the kitchen and dining room. The floor plan is a split level with the master suite on the top level and two additional bedrooms on separate floors. The beds were very comfortable. The couch downstairs and in the great room are pullout sleepers. The hot tub was fantastic!! The wrap around deck was huge and the gas fire pit is a nice touch. There is a cool bagel shop within walking distance. The fenced backyard is big and perfect for dogs. The beach access is about a 15 minute walk with limited parking. We rented a golf cart and worked out great. We are already planning our next trip here!
