This 22-story Gulf-front condominium gleams like a jewel on the emerald coast of Panama City Beach, providing family-friendly and upscale lodgings just moments away from popular shopping centers, renowned restaurants like Pineapple Willy’s, and the trendiest super clubs in the vicinity. Pool and Sun Deck: The Boardwalk features a 2500 sq. Foot Zero-Entry Heated Pool, surrounded by a beautiful pool deck. Rental Restriction: There must be someone 25 or older staying in the unit the full duration of the reservation. Security does check IDs for any arriving guests that appear to be close to or under 25. Guests will not be allowed on property if three is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival. During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property. Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck during the month of March. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. Wanted to get away a few days and this studio was perfect. Very clean and bed slept well. Great view and location. Would definitely book again.

Everything was wonderful. Check in process was super easy. The property was clean and comfortable. There was a great view of the beach. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed staying on the beach this year! So convenient with a toddler. I do wish there was a separate room from the “rest” of the space, but this is a true one room space but with a HUGE bathroom. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived and a few throw pillows with some stains, but the rest of the space was clean.
