Erg vieze keuken met allemaal verrotte etenswaren in de koelkast. Het bed kraakt en het is enorm gehorig.

Very disappointing , glad we only stayed one night.

I liked how close it was to our venue

Where we stayed was not pictured in the listing at all, the value for what we paid was not worth it. These walls are also no where close to being soundproofed like they claim.

Great value for money and good experience overall. You get what you see!

A great location next to Playland Amusement Park, a good size bedroom, clean bathroom, not too busy in the property when I was there. I haven't seen any staff members as you get the code :) good communication on bookin.com messages and shared the phone number.

The wifi was reeeeaaaally slow.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The staff very welcoming and friendly. Other guests were very nice as well

The bed was pretty solid. Almost like sleeping on the ground.

Terrible,not what photos or description say

Not much

Stairs,steep and too narrow to haul suitcases up,room only floor fan,very hot,tiny windows to open,bed hard,sheet so thin could see the blanket thru it,no top sheet so doona was either on you or off,bathroom so old and tired,light bulbs missing out of fixtures,communal kitchen dirty and messy,manger spoke no english,thank heavens another guest let us in as no codes were sent,situation was not was expecting too far in suburbs mainly Vietnamese, homeless camped across road from house,not like photos or reviews,would not stay again and make me wary to stay at a house again

Location

Room was wayyyy too small for the price had to be stepping over my luggage to get to the bed. Also room was extremely hot but got a fan on request.

I highly recommended to everybody who like to visit Vancouver and save some burgers.

The location is so convenient to reach to downtown. 3 buses I can ride with short distances walking, R5 16 and 14. My room was super quiet, I had best sleep during my whole trip.

Clean and comfortable.

It’s one of three bedrooms in the basement of a standalone house, with an adjacent kitchen and bathroom. The bed has to be the cosiest thing I’ve slept in in years. The landlord was incredibly friendly and helpful too!

Exceptional

This is a great place, clean, comfortable and most importantly in a very quiet area. There are several public transport stops nearby. The house is very clean, beautiful well-groomed rooms, there is even a kitchen at your disposal. Absolutely recommend!

We canceled and went home early due to the inaccuracy of the adverstiment. it’s okay for what it is but also a misleadin

property is near downtown and is situated nicely if you don’t plan on spending time in your room

Rooms claim to be soundproof and are absolutely the opposite. you can hear every sound around you and anyone in the building can hear you. We were told parking is on premises and it may be most the time but we were not able to park near the entrance of our room and had to walk quite a distance with our stuff including up hill.

Single shared bathroom for 3 rooms to share. Quiet neighborhood with much to do
